great day
very good course,,, slow players in front that were not good golfers but they played the tips, so very very slow as they couldnt hit more than 100 yds,,,,,got maintenance guy to tell marshall nick and he came right out and spoke to the wannabees,,, ok afer that.
Pace
Played in a little over three hours which was excellent for a sunday. Course was quiet maybe due to it being
Mothers Days. Was able to hook up with a twosome so I did not have to play as a single,
Good greens
Great weather and didn’t loose any balls so it was a good day
Good value for your money
The course is still a bit wet but was very playable. Nice course.
First of season
Course okay for 4th day open. A little wet so no roll. Greens were in good shape for start of year. Can’t wait for trees to be out.
Don’t expect the numerous Rangers to actually keep the pace of play going. They are only there as pylons.
Nice course, usually good value
Course is a moderate layout with good greens that are usually faster than I expect (watch out for downhill putts). Course is a good layout with an unusually hilly hole at #7. It's being encroached by housing; when I played in October 2017, the par 5 11th was being played as a par 3. Hopefully the property will continue as a golf course for years to come.
Very good condition at this time of the year.
Condition of the course is very good at this time of the year.
An Enjoyable Course
Although it was a cold and windy day, and parts of the course are under modification, this is a course I quite enjoy playing. Under normal summer conditions, I would rate this course much higher. It is very close to where I live and the green fees are always among the lowest around. Finally, the staff are very friendly and Mark is always as helpful as he can be.
Always great value
One of the best value for money deals in the GTA
Excellent condition - greens were in awesome shape and a few tricky holes to make it interesting.
Marshall needs to be present
Good course, but would easily rate higher if there was a marshal on course to provide some guidance about basic golf etiquette. People need to fix ball marks on greens. They were in poor shape as a result. Plus, there was a foursome in front who thought they were all happy gilmore. Glad they were having a party, but it slowed the entire course down forcing people to skip holes to get past them. No marshal in sight the entire back nine. When I mentioned this when we finished at 5:00ish, was told by staff he had "just" gone home. Maybe he should have done his job before leaving:)
Good value
Played here many times. Good challenges, greens fare. Could use better and more sand in traps. Great value for your money.
Kudos to the Pro Shop
We played the back 9 first at the suggestion of the Pro-shop to avoid a tournament and it was a great decision. Well under 4 hours for the 18 holes.
An Enjoyable Course
This is a very pleasant course that is good value for the money. Some very interesting holes.
Great course
Beautiful course. Extremely challenging on a windy day.
Another round
Good value for the money. Good pace excellent condition.
Don't forget to repair those ball marks.
Not bad for earlybird special
Not a bad course. Open fairways. Course is well kept. Greens need some TLC.
