Great Value
Had never played this course until 2017 and after playing this game for approximately 40 years and been a member at some very expensive and prestigious golf courses in that time, Bradford Highlands is an unbelievable value for the money and truly a challenging enjoyable track for any golfer. Kudos to the superintendent for keeping the course in such fine shape given the diversity in players at the course not knowing to fix ball marks, divots et al. Only suggestion would be to monitor and remind folks to fix those ball marks on the greens, cheers.
Good day
This course is in great condition. Played here many times.
The only complaint I have is many of those playing here will not fix their bill marks. Ediquite is slipping.
If the players on this course knew how to fix a ball mark I wouldve given it 5 stars.
Laziness.
Great shape otherwise.
Always fun
We play the Highlands several times a season.
One the best value for dollar courses around.
Some easier holes with generous fairways but also a few challenging holes that demand good shot-making.
Rude Head Staff
Greens were potted with balls marks,, and not it great shape for putting when the balls bounces all over.
Head staff at the course was rude in that when I said my partner was good off the tees but so so with irons and we preferred to be a twosome,, He said we should be there after 5 pm if we weren't that great at golfing,,The course isn't of PGA status for him to make such rude comments and learn to accept & help new golfers no matter what level of play they are
Great bang for your buck!
My third time playing the highlands in Bradford. What keeps me coming back is the beautiful conditions of the course, fast speed of play, and of course the fantastic Golf Now price, which is unbeatable value. I almost didn't write this review so nobody else would know. SHHHHH ;)
Great shape
Wonderful condition this year.
Shame what happened to #11 but it definitely changes the hole significantly.
A Students go to course
Beautiful place to play for a student on a budget,
slow pace
did not see marshal coming around during the entire 18 hole play. The pace was so slow. had to wait 10 minutes almost at every hole.
you get what you pay for
greens a bit slow, lots of construction of houses on the edge of the course.
Great Course!
Beginner golfer here.
Course was great and well maintained, staff is friendly, down to the lawn maintenance workers.
Tee start time was delayed by a couple minutes, but no biggie.
However, we had a bunch of older gentlemen playing behind us and seemed extremely impatient. They even once told us we were playing too slow, while the people infront of us were still in hitting range.
Otherwise, great course! Would play again.
this couse has good
Was very surprised on how challenging this course is. Also how great shape the greens were in. Cart paths not so good...but overall great value for the price.
Poor Condition
This is the worst golf course that I had played in the GTA so far this year. But the price is low enough to give it a try. Even with the somewhat wet season and cool weather, the fairway is still not in good shape. This is a course for beginners or preseason warm up. Further, it is quite far away from the city so the gas cost and driving time reduced the attractiveness of low price. Have not played the course for a long time so give it a try but is disappointed.
Long par 4
Played this course many times with friends and my wife , always pleasant place to visit and enjoy the course, challenging long par 4 and some obstacle to over come to play this course however very nice golf course and friendly staff, We enjoy the place very much and recommends to anyone.
Nice Course
This is a nice course.. A somewhat links style course but enough trees and scenery making it very enjoyable..
With many different looks to the holes
Which prove to be memorable.. Some holes seem to be easier than others but most have there challenges..
Not worth the money
Given all the rain we have had, would have thought the fairways would be in better shape. Also the greens were not great. There was a kids clinc on, and then some very young players teed off behind us - unsupervised!! They almost hit us 2 times - once in the fairway and once on the green. There was a slow foursome in front of us - so we were waiting on the first 6 holes - luckily they let us play through. We did warn them about the kids behind us, as well as mention it to the Marshall.
Good old course
Housing construction is taking away from the peacefulness
Great for the money
Course is in great shape, thanks to Mother Nature of course. Green in great shape and rolling nice. Once they clean up hole 11 due to housing being built the course will fit nicely into a nicely priced mid range course. Busy afternoon and got through in 3 1/2 hours. Cart girl came around many times, even though not used, but very friendly.
