OK for fall golf
Avg course with small greens. Lots of unrepaired ball marks which was really disappointing. Had to play winter rules because of sparse grass but we enjoyed our day
Decent Course
Like most courses these days, the course was packed. Pace was ok, but slower than normal. Greens weren’t cut, but they were quite fast. Fairways were generally cleared of leaves. Tee boxes were in horrible condition. Having played several Golf North properties this year, the one constant is they are not well kept.
Great course
It was a great day for golf in November. The course was overall in good shape (except the tee blocks). Very little leaves on the course. Great way to end off the outdoor golf season.
Burford after the rain
Recent few days of rain have left puddles and mud but still able to navigate the course. It helps to know where some of the “hidden” creeks & ponds are located.
Mid-length course. Very walkable. Staff out working to deal with leaves.
Cool Fall day
Beautiful cool Fall day. Great shape. Great pace. Awesome hot deal. Can’t wait to try it out in the Spring and Summer!!
Not great people to deal with today
The course doesn’t have any handy cap flags. We won’t be back NBC and will not encourage others to play at this less than value for your dollar.
1st Time at Burford
Thoroughly enjoyed my first crack at Burford Golf Links. A definite learning experience in not knowing all the pitfalls but this too raised my interest level. Greens were good but the fairways were so-so with quite a few spots bare or lacking turf. All in all very playable even though the fairways were rock hard in some places.There were a couple of quirky holes that can be remedied by playing the second or third time around. Food was average at best except for the fries which were quite good.
I will definitely be playing here again and I would highly recommend the course for the weekend golfer. It might be a lot less challenging for the above average golfer though.
Cart
not to bad but price of a cart was kinda crazy .36 dollars is to much in my opinion .18 a piece for a weekday to split a cart .
Golf Course with friendly staff and beautiful course.
It was my third time golfing at Burford Golf Links and definitely not my last. I enjoy the course and each hole has its challenges. I highly recommend this course. The staff are helpful and amazing!!!
Worse course ive played.
Worse course ive played in a long time. Simply put its a cow pasture. Greens were ok but fairways are hard and alot of quirky holes. Will not go back.
