Burlington Springs Golf Club
About
Situated along the edge of the Niagara Escarpment, Burlington Springs Golf Club offers the most scenic and affordable round in the area. While not quite a championship layout, the golf course does feature some longer holes that play alongside dense, mature forest. There are also some interesting water elements, including an underground reservoir that feeds several ponds that come into play throughout the course. The greens are large and heavily guarded by strategically placed bunkers and while the rest of the course is relatively flat, there is some undulation in the fairways. Burlington Springs is a traditional course that is both challenging and manageable enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels.

Mint Condition
Fairways and greens were in great condition. Played 18 in less than 3 hours...was just a perfect day!
why isn't this course better known?
Played yesterday in a foursome with three people who play a lot more than I do. We all found the course about as much of a challenge as inexpert golfers could want. We were particularly thankful for all the rain, which has left the greens in marvellous condition, but also soft, receptive, and slow. Not sure I want any part of their contours when conditions are dry and fast. But mostly we all wondered why none of us had heard of the course before. It's not that far off the beaten track.
Good course for the price!
We played on Mothers Day, so the course was wide open and we got around in under four hours. Conditions were good for the beginning of the season and it had dried out nicely from all of the rain we've had recently. Greens were good, quick and in good shape. For under $40 with a cart, it was excellent value.
Solid Conditions
The course was in solid condition dor the tine of year. Greens rolling pretty true. Staff has not been the friendliest in the past but this time was better. Got around the course in just over 2 hours walking 7:30am tee time on a saturday morning. Strong value for your dollar.
Booked with Golf Now for an incredible deal, hence coming back again for a second round. Course is in pretty good shape considering the season just started. Good course for any skill level. I played from the white tees and though not the longest course, isn't the shortest one either. I think it'll be challenging enough for all levels of golfers.
Since I booked an early tee time, and because it was raining, the course was fairly wide open with the exception of having to wait a few times for grounds crew/maintenance to cut the grass on certain holes. Either way, couldn't beat a great round for that price!
Hard Greens to Read
Course is in good condition but I found the greens very difficult to read. This course is easy to walk and provides many challenges.
Pleasant experience
I've golfed at Burlington Springs quite a bit over the last few years and I always come away with a smile on my face. The course is always in good shape and the staff are very friendly. I would have to say that value for your money this is the best round of golf in Burlington!
Noise
Overall not a bad course, it appears effort and time spent re the conditions of the course for this time of the year. They need to do something seriously about the starting process. Most clubs has a starter avail be to organize and control the golfers by start time. Presently its the guy in the clubhouse via a P.A. System which can easily heard on the back nine of the course.
November 1st
Great to play in November. Quite warm by the end of the round. Pace of play was quite slow. Otherwise playing at Burlington Springs was great.
