Nice course, friendly staff, good pace of play
It is my first round of the season. The corse is in excellent condition.it was lovely weather, warm sunny and bit windy. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Old course at hidden lake
Play was great. Couple kids in front of us hitting 3 balls each from the tee.
We all started somewhere.
Found the greens quick.
Path markings need re-paint. Direction to the next hole was confusing a couple times.
All in all great day
Golf Now Error and extremely poor service
Golf Now had me booked on both Mystic and Hidden Lake on the same day one hour apart. I tried to rectify the situation by they are not answering their phones nor their Chat lines?? As a result I played Mystic yesterday.
Nice day out
The Old course was in great shape and the pace of play was good. Tough to carry the same pace of play when you have a foursome with four individual carts behind you.
Hidden Lake is Clublink and the prices are not COVID friendly!
Pure greens
Hidden Lake (old course) was a lot of fun today. Greens in pristine smooth condition rolled true and fast. They could use a bit of cutting the rough it was a touch too high in some places. Pace of play was superb we never waited on a single shot

Course doesn't have a lot of memorable holes...
Overall, I found the Old Course to be a bit featureless with a lot of what seems to be plain holes. There isn't a lot of elevation change except for 4-5 holes on the back. Overall, this course was easy to get out on at the start of the season (there is a reason why) and once more tee times open up at other courses, like last year, I will not be back to play at this venue until maybe the start of next season. It makes for a good warm up track.
Great round
Played during covid. Staff was great. Felt safe. Everyone keeping distance and course in good shape.
Exceptional greens
Course plays well given the time of year and the greens are in great shape. Well done
Nice Track
The Old course is well established and set up to punish you for stray shots. With all the dog legs to the left the course favours the player with a draw. No water to speak of but there are a few ditches that can eat golf balls especially in the spring with run-off. Easy to play in 4 hours but usually earlier the better since it can have public players.
Forgot how nice the OLD course is
Been a little while since i golfed the OLD course. Its a nice track and worked well to shelter us from November cold / wind. Every time i play it feels shorter than the yardage says it is (6200 ish from the blues).One major bummer is the 18th hole - completely uninspiring Par 3 finishing hole to the parking lot.

Good Course, good staff, poor signage
This course is in dire need of proper signage.
Right from the first hole you get lost.
They really need to invest in some sign post
It will shave 10 minutes off your round of golf.
Easy walk
Tough greens as they are small, sloping and very fast.
