Tyandaga Golf Course is located in the heart of Burlington surrounded by the rugged beauty of the escarpment that encloses it. The municipal course is popular for its player-friendly layout. It has a gentle nature but it does offer a fair amount of challenges. Bunkers are strategically situated along the fairways and greensides. There are also a few ponds and a meandering stream that comes into play on several holes. One of the most difficult holes is the par-3 ninth, which features hazards along the entire right side from tee to green. It is a beastly 168 yards but par is possible. The back nine finishes with a strong hole as well. Tyandaga's tricky final hole has out-of-bounds down the right side but there is ample room down the left side for the tee shot. The deep green is sloped front to back with a bunker to the front right.

Decent course for the money
Tee box’s in rough shape, and people not fixing their ball marks. But greens and fairways in good shape. No Marshall’s out.
First time playing, very little maintanance
Greens oddly horrible. Cart paths are ruttiest, roughest, most uneven I've ever seen at any golf course. I hope this isn't the way it usually is?

Poor maintenance
When I arrived I was told only one cart for two people. They have no dividers in the carts which is not Covid friendly. My cart was not cleaned at all coffee all over the seat garbage in cart. It’s Covid guys come on “LAZY” I will not be golfing there again. Very very unprofessional

its a tough track. Many strategic tee shots needed.
Mostholes have trouble left and right.
Bunkers could be way nicer.
We play once a week and really enjoy it.

Poorly maintained
Poor course, terrible greens. Patchy grass and too crowded in terms of players. Not worth the money.

Not great but not bad
Lots of hills on the front nine, decent yardage for a residential area course. Pace of play depending on the groups in front of you, lots of beginner golfers here so sometimes super slow pace. Course in decent conditions but still lots of tee boxes and greens need work. Greens run super fast today, played a mid day round too. Fairways either super open or tight not really anything in between and accurate tee shots are needed on all holes. Lots of blind tee shots too, kind of annoying. Overall would play here again but only if I want to save some coin or play for fun

Decent course, grumpy staff
This course is a fun play. Conditions are decent, some burnt patches throughout the fairways and a couple of dicey greens but an overall fun course to play with a few narrow challenging fairways. Every last staff member here is a old grumpy guss but luckily you don’t need to interact with them too much.
