About
Tyandaga Golf Course is located in the heart of Burlington surrounded by the rugged beauty of the escarpment that encloses it. The municipal course is popular for its player-friendly layout. It has a gentle nature but it does offer a fair amount of challenges. Bunkers are strategically situated along the fairways and greensides. There are also a few ponds and a meandering stream that comes into play on several holes. One of the most difficult holes is the par-3 ninth, which features hazards along the entire right side from tee to green. It is a beastly 168 yards but par is possible. The back nine finishes with a strong hole as well. Tyandaga's tricky final hole has out-of-bounds down the right side but there is ample room down the left side for the tee shot. The deep green is sloped front to back with a bunker to the front right.

POOR
Course not good need to be a Billy goat shorten some holes like #18 also 3 par threes in a row prices in snack shop crazy $8.25 for hot dog $ 8.00 for egg sandwiches

Tee Areas Dried Out
Tees need some work to level and very dry to the point very difficult in most cases to put your golf tee in.

Enjoyed course
Let me start by saying it really sucks that for what seems like the 1st time this summer the weather man was right. He called for rain but given his track record we played anyway and got rained out. Up until then we really enjoyed the course and will definitely be back. The staff was super and though we left soaking wet, we left with a great feeling about the course.
Great course for the price!
Great friendly staff, course is well maintained, but needs better hole directions, it was our first time and it wasn't straightforward enough, but I guess after a few times you would get use to it. There are some buildings in the background that take away from the nature, but overall not bad. Not too difficult to play this course. Would recommend overall, 7.5/10. For the price, its great!
Great Round at Tayandaga
Sunday morning 07:40 tee off and we completed 18 holes by 12:15, with back nine quite a bit slower. Greens were in excellent condition, but with very difficult (challenging for sure) pin placements. As always, the finish was disappointing due to 18th hole truncated to a short par 3 (surely something can be done to make this a solid par 4 again). As is, no matter how good the rest of the course plays the finish is disappointing.

Horrible T boxes
Course is okay, greens keeper must have had a bad day. The placement of the pins was hilarious.
T boxes are horrible. Slanted or angled. No flat areas anywhere.
