Located in a small community just 10 minutes from Burlington, Ontario, this public club has a private feel with perfect course conditions and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.
The North Course is one of three nine-hole courses at Carlisle Golf & Country Club. The North Course is the longest of the three at 3,409 yards from the back tees. There is a fair amount of trees scattered throughout the golf course and the well manicured fairways are always in good condition. The greens putt fast and true while also being meticulously maintained.
The South Course is the second longest of the three at 3,264 yards from the back tees. The well manicured fairways are lined with trees, which are a strong presence throughout the golf course. The greens play fast and true. All of the courses at Carlisle Golf & Country Club feature multiple teeing options, making them accessible for players of all skill levels.

Carlisle GCC- Flamborough, ON
Had a great round playing with some friends. Course was in good shape except for the greens. Many greens had bare patches or very uneven sections. Balls were bouncing across the greens and hard to make a putt. Understand it was a bad winter across the region and many courses are suffering with the same situation.
Terrible greens
Terrible greens on East course made putting ridiculous. Needs drastic measures to fix greens. No indication from starter when commencing play that this was an issue.
Reasonably good shape
North south courses preferred,good shape compared to a lot of courses this year
good value
Course in in good shape - some winter green damage but less than most in the area. Lots sand around greens. Solid value for GTA
Overall - an above average golf course
The fairways, rough, and bunkers were in pretty good shape. Quite good for early June. There were a handful of greens that were hit pretty hard this winter and it showed.
The course can be challenging if you spray the ball but it is friendly for all levels of players.
It's definitely a walkable course and I'd recommend doing so if you're fit enough for it. The cost of a cart rental brings the value for money down quite a bit, despite the deal on Golf Now.

Some strange layouts, greens need a ton of work and most tees are infested with ants. There are many other courses that are far better at this price.
Needs work
The north course was in good shape but the Wast course needs a lot of work... The greens are toast on the east and it looks like they are not even trying to fix them.
A tale of two nines
The course was in great condition. Marshal was a gentleman and was concerned about our two-ball being held up by the four in front. Rough and trees very forgiving. Played North nine and enjoyed most holes but hole 6 is a par 5 banana! Then played the South nine which started easy and finished with great over the water holes. Food in clubhouse was less than average but they did have a private function on.

Fun course
Usually play here once a year. Course was in good shape not much kill from the bad winter. Pace was good. Some fun holes here. With good rates from Golfnow I'll be back.

great spring walking course
Great to find a very good track, in great spring condition that is designed to be walked. Enjoyable round and great value for your money. Not too many courses of this caliber that you can play prime-time on week-ends for $55 tax in

The course had drained well after rain. Numerous greens damaged from the winter freeze.
Very walkable course
Friendly staff, beautiful course conditions, some greens showed the effect of the harsh winter but that was fine. Great layout, challenging, and enjoyable course to play.

After the winter we had they have done an amazing job with the course! Great location and challenging hazards.

Carlyle Golf Course
This is a beautiful easy walking course. It suffered massive tree damage over the winter, but the staff did a fantastic job getting the course ready for play. This is one of my favorite places to play
