Dragon's Fire Golf Club

Golf course ourse was in great condition for time of year. Just a bit slow for the first 7 holes then slowed down again. From 11 and on.

Green we’re the best I have ever seen there for this time of year and rest of course was good as well!!

Played Dragon's Fire on Good Friday for our first round of the year. It was a cold day at 5 degrees but warmed up a little bit through the morning. The course weathered the winter well. The tee boxes and fairways were in decent condition given the cruel winter. Greens were very quick with very little new growth so really not in prime condition yet. Pace was great. Expensive round at $90.

Some tee decks were unplayable and should be roped off. That was only the front nine holes. We paid $80 to walk in "April" - enough said-

The front 9 took 2.5 hours to play in lousy weather, our foursome would've been the 3rd group waiting to tee off on #10.

Needless to say, we decided to pack it in, and get a rain check for 9 holes. We were told that since we booked on GolfNow, they would not provide a rain check, and we would need to contact GolfNow for a refund?

The course got their $$, what's the problem? How difficult would it be to write a 9 hole voucher on the back of the manager's business card? On the return date, we would've paid for the other 9 holes, got range balls, ordered food and drinks, etc. What a lost opportunity for the golf course.

How about a refund for the overpriced golf cart fees - we paid for the cart rental for 18 holes? Terrible customer relations.

On such a miserable day (weather wise), the pro shop could have easily made this such a positive outcome with a little customer service. Instead they're receiving poor reviews, and rightfully so.

We're hoping that GolfNow will step up in place of Dragons Fire GC, and provide us with a 9 hole refund.

Pace of play was terrible 2.45 for 9 holes. No pull carts available after checking in advance. Asked for 9 hole credit as we quit after 9 due to weather and pace of play and waiting for word..

Staff were very pleasant throughout the process.

The course was in good condition for so early in the season.

$90 w/tax at 4pm??? joke. I paid because it was only course left with last minute tee time and first round of the year, so dyeing to play. pure greed no other reason. other courses in the area better and don’t charge that $ at 4pm. Might as well go play Glen Abbey at that time for that price.

Never again…don’t care about the excuse of inflation, your not starving for business

Always impressed by the staff friendliness here. As well they take action if any group is holding up the rest of the course. Greens were summer time fast and fairways excellent considering it’s April.

Changed twighlite hours till 4:35pm?…it’s April…Charge Full price to tee-off in April conditions @ 4:30pm..lol. Wow. Nice course, great layout, challenging……but overpriced and squeezing every minute of maximum profits will not bring me or friends back. $80 + tax to walk in April (after just snowed), is unreal. Love the course, people, staff…just has turned to nasty corporate greed in past few season and it’s progressively getting worse.
