Good layout. Some challenges holes on the back nine with water hazards.
First nine played well. Very dry, so lots of rolling distance. Greens are well kept and watered. Back nine has challenging holes good for intermediate golfers. Lots of water on back nine. It’s through the woods, so it gets quite buggy for twilight golf. I think it was mens night because the course was backed up and the foursomes moved very slow.
Fairway is all Dead Grass and Dirt
Fairway is all dead grass and dirt. Greens are good condition but that is it
Good course
My best around this year. Good course. Nice trails around. Front 9 was a bit slow but I understand. I played single and there were groups of four before me.
Great course
Scenic Woods is a nice, enjoyable 18 holes. It was my second time playing it, but about a decade apart. Despite the dry spell in Southern Ontario and the hard grounds, the conditions were still pretty good. Definitely looking forward to playing another round.
Course condition
The course was fair. The fairways were very dry but the greens were in great shape. I was a little surprised at the high cost For a cart rental. After playing 7 different higher end courses, this one was the most expensive. Probably won’t play it again.
Course is in great shape. Hole locations are great too. Today was a breezy day but the different directions of the holes makes it a fair game with and without the wind. I play 2-3 times a month.
80 dollars to ride
80 dollars to ride is way too much money to play this course. They are charging a single rider 30 bucks for a cart Total. BS.
This course was disappointing
First & last time playing here. Bad conditions, high price.
RIP OFF
i i called Golf North before our round and asked them the price for the cart and they quoted me 20 dollars . when we checked in to play they said the cart rated was 30 dollars . Golf North are rip off artist and i will not go back there and i won't recommend others to go to their course
Good track for the money
Course is in good condition but lacks any sort of amenity. There aren’t even garbage cans on the course. I’ve played 7 times this year so far and it’s the only course that hasn’t had a beverage cart or garbage cans so it’s a little behind. Nice layout, good value, good hole variation. Some tee blocks at elevation, some real nice open par 5’s, good scenery. I would recommend if you’re in the area.
