Granite Ridge Golf Club - Ruby

Course in fantastic shape given the time of year! A little wet in places, and greens are tough at this time of year, but all things considered, course in fine shape for November golf!

Great deal for under $20 with cart and there was hardly anyone ahead and behind,mustve been the rain and drizzled that scared some peoples away but it stopped for half of the time we were there for 7 of us together we had a good time will come back again if the price was right.

Course is in great condition. Weather was cool and damp but didn't notice!! Played front nine with two other golfers, back nine solo, completed round in about 3 1/2 hours!

Have played this course many times , this time when we got there this 45 minutes early, the person

On counter would not check us in said we were too early and because it was a GolfNow tee we had to wait. A little upset about this & let him know, course empty & he would not issue tickets until 10 minutes before our tee off. Don't know how this guy keeps his job someone of his attitude should not be dealing with public.

Hard hat golf at its finest. No room for mistakes so don't think distance think accuracy.

The Course was in great shape. Rough is long so stay on the fairway. Had a tap in birdie on 18, the other 17 holes...oh well. Play was slow on the back but what can you do? Always a great day at Granite Ridge.

Course was in good shape, Can get around without a lot of trouble but the course can make it up on it's greens which with some pin positions makes it very tricky as the green have many undulations. Would recommend it be played.

Nice course to play, if you can get past the unfriendly and bad customer service from staff.

Immediately upon entering the pro shop to check in around an hour and 15 minutes before my tee time, the fellow at the front desk (Vic?) said, "You can't check it now. You're too early. You can only check in around 20 minutes before your tee time.

I said, "I simply want to get our cart, put our clubs on and then go have a snack and maybe practice some putting." He said "No" you can't check in now.

I spoke with the Manager and in his very unfriendly voice said, "Well you booked with Golf Now and we have trouble with people booking a later tee time and then coming early and teeing off."

I said, "Have I done that? Then why are you treating me this way? He said it's course rules." Very Unfriendly fellow. I would expect to be treated with good customer service and that their own "Starter" would control who goes out when.

The only good person who worked there was the starter who actually let us out early while there was a break in the schedule.

I won't recommend this course to anyone considering the bad customer service attitude displayed. Doesn't matter what other people have done before, don't treat everyone like a criminal when they show up.

Had an enjoyable round at a great value because of a GolfNow Hot Round. The course was in fantastic shape. There are some tough holes here, and it helps to hit the ball straight because there are areas where the holes are close together. Lot of water to challenge you as well. The greens can be tough, with a lot of break to them, but still fun. A nice course. I am sure I'll play here again.
