Lowville Golf Club
About
Tucked away in the scenic Niagara Escarpment, Lowville Golf Club offers scenic views of the greater Toronto area. The layout blends seamlessly with the natural landscape, creating a picturesque golf setting that the Toronto Star's "Bogey Man" has touted as the most scenic in the area. The golf course has also received top honors from the same publication as the most improved club. This challenging, 18-hole course features several downhill tee shots that can really carry, making it a fun course for long hitters. Lowville Golf Club's 12th hole is notably entertaining. It is a long par-5 that requires a long carry off the tee to a tricky green.

SLOWVILLE
Very slow pace of play, marshals don’t seem to care, when they cut the grass they shouldn’t mulch it because you can’t find your ball under the tuffs of dead grass. Course layout is pretty good, staff seem to be pretty friendly, if they got their course to the standards of some of the courses in the area the $60 price point would be very reasonable. It would also be great if they let golfers know before hand that there’s tournaments out before them. They can put an alert for air ration and what conditions I don’t see how it would be so hard.
Great Track Best Greens In Burlington
Course is in fantastic shape all year round but Spring golf here is by far better than anywhere else in the city. Greens in the Spring are as fast as most other courses in prime season and roll true. If you want a good challenge to get ready for peak season than this is the course to play. Recommended to take a cart as the walk is tough. Very knowledgable staff and very friendly as well, if you have questions don't hesitate to ask.
Busy
Great weather brought out lots of golfers. Staff great, course very good shape and for the first time carts allowed on the fairway. Pace was pretty slow. Other than the slow pace very good day/
Great Course
Played this course with a couple buddies this afternoon and I was really impressed. Course was in really good shape considering the weather and the greens were rolling nice. The course itself is real fun to play and gives its challenges. I recommend this course to anyone in the halton / gta area - very beautiful and lot's of scenery of the escarpment which made it a real enjoyable round..
Best track in Burlington
I have played Lowville multiple times now, and I am always impressed with the quality and condition of the course. Greens are always mint and fairways are very solid considering the recent weather. It’s a very challenging course that never plays the same way twice. Pro shop, Marshall’s, bar staff are always great and make for a positive experience.
I have played most courses in the Burlington area and always find myself coming back to Lowville. The conditions, experience and price are tough to beat. Always look forward to playing here and will continue to come back.
Nice Weather for a change
Really enjoy Lowville, weather was great until the 16th hole. Played with 2 very pleasant gentlemen. Course is still wet from all the rain. Course was in very good shape.
Beautiful Views and lots of Elevation
Lowville is a scenic course with lots of interesting challenges.
Huge elevation climbs make for difficult tee shots on a few holes.
Well maintained and some of the best greens I've putt on.
A little on the pricey side but worth it for some of the escarpment views you get.
Spring Golf in the worst weather we have had in history .Course conditions were as good as can be expected this year . Will play again in better conditions . Very scenic .
Great setup
Greens in excellent shape, played after a lot of rain, Cart path only. Fairways and rough very wet, made it hard to hit some shots.
Good Course But Rushing Marshalls
Good course overall except the fact that the marshalls would follow us around and watch our shots. They also kicked us off before sunset. Not sure why? Didn't get to play the 18th hole.
Early Season
The greens were uncut and extremely slow. They are just taking advantage of the nice weather and asking for $75 for a round of golf that should be no more than $40. Course was wet in a few spots with no roll and balls getting plugged. Greens were uncut and extremely slow.
High on Lowville!
Always enjoy this course, played in 3 hours. When the minor repairs are completed the course will be even better!
Bunkers closed????
It would be nice if the course told you all the bunkers were closed for repairs. Had no problem charging full price still.
Never coming back to this course
This could be a nice course if they actually took care of it. Waste of great views
Always a great round of golf
Everything was very good, only complaint the group ahead of us had one player that broke the world record in the time it took to address the ball and finally hit his shot. Then he would admire it for a while.
Other than that everything awesome!
Great Golf
Really enjoy Lowville. No complaints! Will be back again soon!
