Golf on top of the city of Mississauga
BraeBen is a links style course in the north part of Mississauga. Lots of hills and great angular fairways. The course was in good condition for the beginning of the year but the greens were really bad. They must have removed the tarps a couple weeks ago and the grass was not grown back.
I would suggest taking a cart unless you like a good hike.
Range onsite and a bucket was included with my round.
A great day for golf!
Playing BraeBen is always a treat and a challenge. However, the greens weren’t in the best shape due to it being early in the season.
Terrible experience
The course has the worst layout, some holes you can’t even see where you have to hit the ball cause 2 holes overlap each other, they made 2 guys come all the way in front of us from the 10th hole meanwhile we were on pace to finish early, we left after the 16th hole cause it was just a ridiculous stupid course not fun at all.
hilly course but wide open
greens in terrible shape compared with other courses in the area . fairways o.k. but extremely soggy in places due to abnormally high rainfall recently .
Good condition of the course considering that it's early spring and the weather is still rather cool and rainy.
the course is never boring
Braeben is always a fun round of golf whether the conditions are calm and warm or its cold and blustery. it makes you think on how to play depending on the conditions that day.
great course
Course in excellent condition, friendly staff, greens fast, quite a few shots off tee hitting blind, could have bell to in is these cases.
Fun round
Due to on-off slight rain, the course was empty. Had no difficulty to start an hour ahead of schedule. Very friendly staffs, course in great condition, no drainage issue. Cart path only but overall great round. Get interesting when the wind picks up.
Execellent Course
The course was in perfect condition. Greens rolled perfectly. Not the longest course but the fairways are tight and you need to be precise. Pace of play was 4 hours. I would definitely recommend this course to everyone.
You better be a straight shooter. Often more windy than any other course around.
Very well maintained course! Beautiful views all around. Good fairway room but soon as you're off, very little chance you're recovering your ball in deep nasty grass and small shrubs. Consider yourself a good golfer if you don't lose many balls on this course! You're high up on an old landfill vs surrounding areas so any wind out there will be stronger on the course.
Great course
Hidden, lesser talked about gem in Mississauga. Great layout, and good variation of holes.
