About

Carved from 200 acres of mature forest along the Holland River just 40 minutes from downtown Toronto, Silver Lakes Golf & Country Club provides a scenic round reminiscent of those found in either Florida or the Carolinas. Neighbored by native wetlands, the golf course features water hazards on 12 holes. There are also treacherous, well placed bunkers coming into play on every hole. The par-3 third hole is notably challenging, in addition to being flanked by bunkers, it also requires a carry over a pond. Silver Lakes Golf & Country Club also features a unique seven-acre aqua driving range as well as three chipping and putting greens.

Very nice course. Challenging and fair. The pin placements were a little cruel today and the game got away from me which was a little disappointing- looking forward to the time I play now that I’ve had a look at it all. Also found the greens were so nicely constructed with lots of levels and undulations. i also found the staff to be very friendly.

Awesome late season game!

Our foursome had a great day @ Silver Lakes. For being so late in the season, we thought we would take advantage of the fantastic weather and squeeze one last game in. Unfortunately the greens had recently been aerated, but outside of that, the course was in fantastic shape. I always enjoy the challenge that SL provides!
