Beechwood Golf & Social House sprawls across gently rolling hills dotted with natural water features and trees, providing a terrain that is ideal for golf. The championship layout features fast, undulating greens and carefully contoured fairways. Ponds come into play throughout along with meandering creeks and streams. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers in play. Beechwood Golf & Social House's finishing hole is notable for both the scenery and challenges it offers. To begin the hole you need a precise drive between out-of-bounds on the left and a creek to the right that cuts into a landing area, and then you must make a skillful second shot to a triple-tiered green that slopes towards the creek's edge.

Course was very dry. Sand traps were in rough shape.
Farm Patch For Fairways
I played this course early last year. It was not great. some fairways had loads of bald/brown/burnt patches.
This year the fairways are far worse! They almost all have this problem from one end to the other!
They dont rake their sand traps so they are like a rock.
The greens were decent and the layout has always been good.
Too bad owners just won't spend a few dollars on another one or two grounds keepers.
I wont golf here again.
Hardpan Hardpan and more Hardpan
Layout poor and the basic upkeep for a golf course have gone by the wayside. Hard dry fairways, rough, cartpaths, bunkers and teedecks. Ruts and hardpan EVERYWHERE! Forced to move my shot all day in fairway to find grass. Only the greens are receiving what appears to be adequate watering to keep them puttable. Staff were the only enjoyable part of this course.

Starting with the friendliness of Bernie at the counter, the day continued to be great . The weather was windy but still enjoyed the game. Course can use a little help (dry), but playable.
Beechwood round
The course was in fairly decent condition. The layout is not very impressive… And it was difficult at times to figure out where the next hole was Also, one of the course members with a red shirt and red temper....put a damper on the mood.
Great Deal
Course was a little dry and the bunkers could use a bit of work but greens and fairways were very good. Price was right through golf now...staff very helpful , Liz at the counter was great. Played as a twosome and finished in under 3.5 hours.
Great Value
Im a 18 handicap. This course was in my wheel house. Some challenging holes for me but fair. Id play it again.
Great value
Beautiful well laid out course. Roughs are well around the greens and maintained along the fairways. A few challenging holes and some great looking par 3's. Great value.
Playable Course
Although this course is not a pristine shaped golf course it is quite playable and the greens were running nice. It's a bit rustic and the traps are not maintained as they should. Back 9 is nicer design than the front but there some low/wet areas. I was aloud to play as a single by myself and once I was able to pass another slow single I moved quite quickly. I finished the course in 2 hrs and 20 mins. The pro shop attendant was very friendly and accommodating. There was no refreshments available on the course and I didn't use the clubhouse/bar area.

rough needs a little attention
Heard a few staff quit and it shows. First impression is a welcome of weeds and dandelions...No one tending to that and the rough was longer than it should be. Round was 4.5 hours !!
