Running alongside the Niagara River, Legends on the Niagara offers two championship courses, a nine-hole course, and a unique 18-hole putting course, all of which boast impressive scenery and breathtaking views. The nine-hole Chippawa Course is named after the legendary Battle of Chippawa which took place during the War of 1812 on what is now the facility's location. The enjoyable layout can be easily walked, making it ideal for beginners or players interested in a quick, challenging round. The Chippawa has garnered a reputation as being the best short course in the country. For even more practice, Legends on the Niagara offer extensive training facilities including a 45-acre driving range, putting greens, and a short game area with bunker.

A must play 9 hole
If your in Niagara falls Canada and looking to get a 9 hole round in this course offers a good challenge. The only thing I would like to be better is the green speed.
The perfect 9 hole corse…with a wait
Corse is fantastic, beautifully kept, has a wide range of challenges. Only downside is the wait time per hole. Once it’s busy, it’s busy

Legends - Chippawa
I'm not ready to play and walk a regulation 18 yet as I'm nursing a diabetic foot ulcer. So, I played the Chippawa Course at Legends. I got a Hot Deal on GolfNow for $12.99 but by the time taxes and fees are added it was just over $18 as I recollect.
I love this course because you get the same course conditions that you see on their two Championship layouts (Ussher's Creek and Battlefield). This 9-hole executive is a delight to play as designed by Carrick and McBroom.
Perfect bunkers, well-manicured fairways, and if you play from the Blue tee the par 3's will test anyone. Especially, when there is an S or SW wind.
Greatest short course in Ontario!
Great short course to play with my wife. Conditions were immaculate and likely the best par 3 course conditions wise we’ve played.
Pace of play was absolutely terrible and the beverage cart finally arrived as we were teeing off at 9 (it was over 30 degrees so would have been appreciated to have a beverage) but nonetheless it was a great course and we look forward to visiting again!
Great round of golf
We enjoyed the golf course and will make sure we come back and play next time we vacation to Niagara Falls.
Just Ok!
Staff not very friendly especially that they are now open. Should be happy to be back at work and seeing happy patrons come use the course.
Course is wide open but not a very pretty course. I enjoy beautifully structured courses with lots of trees.
I will play again when I have just a short period of time to get 9holes in.

Overall was very well maintained and easy to play greens were also great
A great executive 9 hole course that is well maintained and affordable. Cart fees are disproportionately priced. A nice variety of par 3 and 4 holes.
