About
The Ussher's Creek Course at Legends on the Niagara is one of two championship courses at this unique complex, which is also home to a nine-hole course and a unique, 3-acre, 18-hole putting course. The meandering creek after which the golf course is named, snakes through a number of holes, making pinpoint accuracy a necessity. The scenic layout, which borders the Niagara River, features tree-lined fairways and tall, thick fescue rough. There are also wetland hazards coming into play throughout. Doglegs, well placed bunkers, and prevailing wind are all challenging elements that come into play but generous fairways add a player-friendly touch to the Ussher's Creek course at Legends on the Niagara.

A favourite of mine.
This course definitely exposes the weaknesses in my game, but such a welcoming challenge when you’re surrounded by such beauty! Lovely experience
Well Maintained
Course and grounds kept in great shape..especially given how much rain weve had. Pace of play was good.
Cart path only rule is STUPID one on this course
This course should be closed completely when cart path only applies because it can't. Not only it makes the pace so slow most of the time you end up walking to your ball with the wrong club to use. It happen also on the hottest day of the summer. I only managed to put up with the nonsense for 15 holes the QUIT. The 9 holes makes you place your ball far away from the cart path to approach the hole and walk long to get to your ball. If you plan to play this course call them first and if cart path only rule is enforced STAY AWAY don't Waste your money and time.
Great course with lots of variety
Paired with 2 walkers and this is not a walking course. Very long walks fron greens to next tees. Resulting pace of play was terrible. Recommend walkers never be paired with riders. Had to let several groups through so total time for round disastrous. Still like the course but not a good experience.
Jr tourney
It is sad to see that jrs are not told how to fix ball marks. Fixed 10 to 20 per green
Good Course
Excellent course to play. It was a wet day, so our round took a little longer. I would play again. Not too challenging, but it wasn't an easy course either. Suitable for the average golfer.
Ussher's Creek - June 2023
Great course. Challenging. Always well maintained. Greens running a little slower than normal the day we played. Prices have gone up, but that's Ontario golf for you. Feel like $9 is a bit of a gouge for warmup range balls (they used to include these with greens fees). You would rarely get paired up at Legends in the past, but it seems as if those days are long gone now. Still a great layout and one of the best golf destinations in Ontario.

Golfer's Delight
Ussher's is a challenging, well designed, well maintained golf course. The better of the two Niagara Legends courses. It will test every level of golfer and force you to use every club in your bag. Greens are fast and have to be read carefully. At $120 it is on the expensive side but enjoyed it enough to return again.

Had a great experience. Course was in great shape even the bunkers lol. Staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this course 100% and the value was good.
I recommend golf now very easy to use and the savings are awesome.
