Glen Abbey Golf Club

While the course itself was nice enough the expectation did not meet reality. For the amount of money that was charged it was not worth it. There was absolutely nothing special about the course and there are far more options at a reasonable price.

We were lucky enough to play early in the season at Glen Abby. It’s been quite a while since playing there and I was very pleased with the condition of the course for that time of the season.

Amenities were closed except for the halfway house and 4 boxes for the range.because of Covid.

Great day on the course! Once you get past the worlds grumpiest man at the checkpoint driving in, it's a great time.

Excellent and thorough check in procedure from initial screening, to cart assignment, to allowing some driving range time prior to the round. Kudos to the staff at Glen Abbey Oakville Ontario for a job well done under the current circumstances.Thoughtfull spacing of groups, never rushed, pace of play, coupled with outstanding early season course conditioning made this round worthwhile!

Really sad how some patrons dispose of their beer cans in the bushes.. Enjoyed our round and pace was great!

Course was not ready to be open , shouldn’t have cost what it did. Start time was delayed

Of darkness. If we started at our scheduled time this wouldn’t have been an issue , no body cares

Everything was good except one of the workers decided to test the watering system and my wife and I were standing by a sprinkler head and got soaked. Not pleasant to say the least! The worker apologized (sort of).

I have played Glen abbey many times.

ClubLink has taken a Canadian treasure and turned into a joke!

Groups in front of us and behind us driving cart around the edges of the greens.

No Marshall around except once to apologize for the slow play, “very slow group there” pointing about 6 holes ahead of us.

Nothing done about it, they should have been ejected, but instead they kept on partying and slowing up about 40 golfers.

I would be embarrassed if I was ClubLink and seen what a dismissal effort has been made by this corporation to keep a golf course great as I have seen it in the past.

Unfortunately my very last round at Glen Abbey will be remembered as the dismissal of a legend by a group that is more interested in land development than a quality golf course designed by a legend.

Got a chance to play this beautiful course early in the season during Covid. Protocols were easy to follow and despite how early it was in the season, the greens were consistent (and fast). I wouldn’t normally get a chance to play a course like this given the cost, but the GolfNow deal was certainly worth it!

Played early in the season. Conditions were actually great for this time of the year.

This course was great. Price was high but if you get it at a promotional rate then it’s solid. The greens are super fast and are very tough. Overall a beautiful course and a friendly staff with great pace of play!

Course was in good shape for such an early spring round. I would have expected the traps to be raked at least once prior to opening day.

There was also a 60 minute frost delay, the staff all communicated extremely well with all patrons.
