A very nice course overall.

This is a very nice and challenging golf course . From tee box to greens everything is extremely well looked after . The golf carts are mandatory and with good reason , it is a very hilly terrain . Make sure you take the time to look around at your surroundings while playing the course because the views are spectacular especially in the fall .
ENJOY !

I love the variety each hole offers at Hockley!

Hockley offers some long and straight holes for those times that you just want to give it! Some interesting dog legs and I love all the "lookout" par 3s. The greatest hazzard are all the naturalized areas - a great representation of the terrain is region. They are not forgiving and force you to stay withing the fairway. Otherwise, you'll be dropping a ball and taking a penality shot. I'd like to see a tranditional sand bunker or two and it would be fun to have some more water features other than the one on the 18th. Overall I really enjoy Hockley. I've played 10 rounds this season and hope to squeeze in 1 or 2 more.

Beautiful course - fairways need some work.

I played Hockley several years ago and remember the course to be kept in good condition - I was disappointed by the conditions of the fairways this time around. Course was not very busy - teed of at noon.

Staff is fine and the young man that gets you started was great at attending to our requests.

Had a nice snack after the round - Hockley has really good restaurant facilities.

Very tough course

The couse is located on a beautiful trac of land. It is extremely challenging the until you become firmilar with the course. There are hills and valleys througout the course with some blind greens scattered. For a challenging but fun course, Hockley Valley is a great choice.
