About
Otter Creek Golf Club is situated in the idyllic farm community of Otterville, Ontario, which is only a 30-minute drive from Woodstock. The rural landscape was formerly farm and tobacco fields, lending a unique, rustic character to the golf course. The layout sprawls across 300 acres, winding through the scenic, wooded valleys of Otter, Cedar, and Spittler Creeks. Dick Kirkpatrick, one of Canada's top golf course architects, designed Otter Creek Golf Club. Kirkpatrick designed the course with players of all skill levels in mind, incorporating minimal forced carries and six sets of tees to make it more accessible for those who are new to the game

Good challenging course
Haven't played this course for a number of years. Stopped playing as the course wasn't being maintained properly and was in lousy shape and not worth the 1 hour drive and considering the conditions it wasn't worth the money. The course is in a lot better condition than back then and now makes it worth while to play. Better keep your ball in the fairways here as the fescue is pretty gnarly. I find the back nine is more challenging and tougher than the front. Overall is was a perfect day, the greens were fast the course condition was good. Pace of play was a little slower than most courses partly because of the rough. My main complaint would be the older style carts they have. Ours was pretty stubborn get get going from a stand still but were fine once we got going. They really need to upgrade their carts.
Great value and challenge
Terrific golf course with many many blind shots. If I were to make one suggestion it would be providing more information on the layout and better yardage markers along the way.
Great place to play
Very nice place to have a game with friends or alone. Tricky course made to get you to think. Staff were great and friendly. They had everything we needed. Worth the drive!
Worth the drive
The course is in great condition and pace of play is monitored. Nice to have pop up snack stop instead of snack cart driving around the course. It helps with speed of play.
Otter creek course
We always love playing this course. Pace of play is excellent. It was very dry and greens very fast but we had a fun day.

Its a course to challenge your skill level. It can also be very rewarding . You also can have a lot of laughs with your friends
Hard course features lay out was beautiful
Staff was awesome we'll informed before the round and after golfing around the Middlesex area and find this gem was a blessing great prices on the round highly recommend
Excellent Find
I live in the Hamilton area so it was a bit of a drive, but it was so worth it. Really awesome and challenging course. It will favor long ball hitters more, but the white and red tees were still fun to play from. The most challenging aspect for new players is there are no course diagrams anywhere (including scorecard), so you'll often be teeing off blindly because there's no way of knowing the layout of each hole. Otherwise, the course was a lot of fun and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.
Not bad
It's still early season, the grass is not green yet. The green is not fast yet, maybe 8. I will come back later.
That said, surprisingly they didn't upgrade the carts yet. The old noisy cart is almost obsolete, I don't understand why they are not spending the money on the replacement. The gravel cart is also my pet peeve, I have to clean my bad off the dust fro the cart path. Well, that's only me.
