Otter Creek Golf Club
About
Otter Creek Golf Club is situated in the idyllic farm community of Otterville, Ontario, which is only a 30-minute drive from Woodstock. The rural landscape was formerly farm and tobacco fields, lending a unique, rustic character to the golf course. The layout sprawls across 300 acres, winding through the scenic, wooded valleys of Otter, Cedar, and Spittler Creeks. Dick Kirkpatrick, one of Canada's top golf course architects, designed Otter Creek Golf Club. Kirkpatrick designed the course with players of all skill levels in mind, incorporating minimal forced carries and six sets of tees to make it more accessible for those who are new to the game

Cool Sunday
I like this course, nice layout with some interesting and challenging holes.
Late in the season, the golf course seems to be less maintained., fairway divots in many holes needs repair and bunkers requires attention..
Nice Fall day
The course was in amazing condition for this late in the year.
It's Worth the Drive to Otterville!!!
~2 hours from the GTA to Otterville is certainly worth it. This course is simply amazing. Every hold is challenging and very picturesque. This was my first time playing and I was entertaining clients from the London area that highly recommended the course. I was not disappointed and have already booked a return visit. Value for the money is unparalleled and the staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly. Perhaps my best golf experience of the year and I am truly appreciative.
Great Layout
It was amazing one of the best kept secrets in Norfolk County. The tee blocks are perfect the fairways even better and the greens are spectacular.
Great Course
Loved the course layout. Its a drive from Burlington but was worth the value. some easy holes and some challenging holes. Greens are in good shape but on the slow side. will play again
A bit Disappointing
I will start with the good. I inadvertently booked the wrong time and the course was able to accommodate me and my playing partners. That was appreciated. Once we got on the course we were surprised at how many divots were on the tea boxes and in the fairways. It doesn’t look like any repairs being done on these. The fairways are kind of spongy which meant lots of divots when you are taking a shot. It made it difficult to play quite frankly. Even though Covid rules are in effect it would be good if the course left soil and grass seed so players could repair the divots on the teeboxes. The course was OK but not exactly memorable. Don’t think we will be back.
Tough Yet Playable Course
I’m a 14 handicapper played the whites from 6,000 yards. This is the toughest 6,000 yard course I’ve played. Narrow fairways and lots of fescue. Bunkers have playground sand so exiting was not difficult. Greens are deceptive for first timers with lots of collection areas for those who misread the approach. Tee boxes are in spectacular shape. A course I definitely want to play again.
Too difficult for the average hacker!
Bunkers were unplayable, fairways beat up, layout very challenging and price too high.
Good course
Have always enjoyed playing at Otter Creak in the past: Today we had 4 some in front who had no golf attics: after 5 hours to reached hole 16 , we had to leave, these guys were just hogging the fairways, poor play: No Marshall’s on course to keep pace going: There were lots of divots on fairway, hope these will be repaired .
Nice Course
Nice course. Tough greens. Have to hit great shots into these greens. Will definitely play it again.
Otter Creek
Very fun course to play. Greens and fairways are excellent. Lots of tall grass around bunkers making that a pretty good challenge. Waste areas pretty severe and you will need lots of balls. I understand the bunkers are not being groomed, however, it wouldn't take much to run a tractor/rake through them to remove excessive weeds etc. It looks like most of them havent been touched in quite a while
