Can’t go wrong playing here. Layout is great and most of the holes are challenging.
One of the best courses in the Durham Region !!
Always enjoy playing Cherry Downs. First class golf club all around. I accidently left my Garmin GPS on the cart and thought it was lost for good. I called the Pro Shop the next day and they told me it was turned in by the back shop guys. KUDOS to those guys for being so honest !! Thank you Cherry Downs !!
An aging beauty with great bones
If you close your eyes to the flaws, you get great views on a beautiful layout. Tee boxes, bunkers, carts and cart paths need love.
The clubhouse locker room has been closed since COVID started and has not reopened.
Wish I had been able to play here when it was at its height.
Got Front 9 In Before Storm
Amazing layout course is pretty forgiving off the tee but still very challenging for someone new to golf such as myself. Fairways and sand traps were very well kept and with another storm just hitting a couple weeks back course was still in excellent condition. We were only able to play the front as it started storming but was quickly credited for another round of 9 with cart which came in under 48 hours. Overall great experience with the weather conditions and will definitely be playing there again in the near future.

They had no power so no carts.

The course is in excellent shape and the greens are difficult.
