I haven’t played this course in many years and remember it being in better condition before it became a clublink course.

Power outage resulted in no golf carts and no push carts available. And with no advance notice by email or text our group showed up to play.
Now looking for refund or credit but not getting any answers from the golf club.
No Power carts
There were no power carts available due to the storm which is understandable but the price remained the same which doesn’t make sense as the deal highlighted that the price was included a cart. Would have been useful to know that prior to going all the way to Pickering. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable afternoon.
Thanks for joining us at the club. We're sorry of the impact of the storm, but we are now back with power and carts returned.

Not a well managed course...
We went to Cherry Downs on Victoria Day hoping for a nice round of golf and when we arrived the clubhouse wasn't open, washrooms weren't operational, trees were down all over the course, and the worst part (yes it gets worse) was that the Marshall's on the course were ineffective to say the least. We spent the entire round behind a three-some who played at almost a 5-hour pace (after we were told that the course was playing at about 4 hours and five minutes. Very disappointed that we weren't given a heads-up on the state of the facilities and then having such a poor playing experience. We won't be going back any time soon.
We can completely understand that the recent storm hit the course and was the cause of much of the challenges, but not being told before we came and then suffering a ridiculously slow round due to ineffective marshalling of the pace of play was not.
Hi DarrellDeboer. I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience. Unfortunately we had a Tornado hit our club and much of the surrounding area on Saturday afternoon, and we therefore lost all power that has not been restored and therefore it was not possible to have our clubhouse open, but by no means was that by choice.
This was also the cause of the fallen trees, which we have been tirelessly removing just to ensure we could keep the course open. I understand your disappointment but would hope you can appreciate the unforeseen circumstances in place. We certainly hope to see you return with much more normal operations (and without the tornado aftermath).

It was good condition green and nice employees!! Everything was good !!
Worse than I thought it would be
The driving range has no balls and is only about 150 yards, course was not in great condition other than the bunkers and I did not like the layout of the holes. First time there and I do not think I will be returning.
