9 hole course with interesting lay out
Great value for the money when you get a hot deal from golfnow.
The greens are well maintained and fast.

Nice 9 holes GC
Very maintained green. One of the best green ever play. Fairway is pretty narrow, hard to play.
Fairways need some attention but the greens are good.
For the price paid, you definitely get bang for your buck on this course. It is quite challenging, and if you can't hit it straight, prepare to lose a few balls. The course has some rough fairways with a few pot holes, and the rough is dead in a few spots so it's like hitting the ball off dirt, but the greens are in great shape. If you're looking for value, you can't beat this deal.
Extremely well conditioned greens
A very well kept, tight, tree-lined course in and around the Duffins creek. The greens were in excellent condition, maybe the best I've seen in the area this summer. I played at 7:45 in the morning, and the bunkers were all raked already. Overall, a very enjoyable 9 holes of golf, just don't stray too far off the fairway, you can lose your ball in a hurry.

Good Value,
The greens were in great shape, the Fairways were good to ok, some tee boxes needed attention. Good place for a quick nine and to practice. For most holes leave the driver in the bag.
Not a good 9 hole value
This course is not in good shape. The fairways and greens are hard as a rock, the cart paths feel like you're riding a horse, and the dead forestry surrounding the holes isn't pleasing on the eyes.
Good course for the money and pace of play.
This course is a part of the old Seaton Golf course. With new home construction, the course has been reduced to 9 holes now. It retains 7 of the old course's holes and 2 new ones. The current course offers some challenges, but it is fairly straight forward and manageable. I'm not a huge fan of the routing of the current course, but because the course has recently re-opened, it was very quiet and you can get through the course very quickly. Decent course for the money...
In really good shape with all the construction going on
Have passed and not played this course for 5 years finally have it a chance and was very surprised. It has everything will not be disappointed
