Bathurst Glen Golf Club
About
Bathurst Glen Golf Club, situated just north of Toronto, is owned and operated by the Toronto and Region Conservation, who placed a heavy emphasis on environmental sustainability during the development of the course. Its commitment to protecting the natural landscape even earned the Bathurst Glen certification as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary course. The executive layout measures to 4,551 yards from the back tees, a manageable length for beginners but there are still some challenges in store for more advanced golfers. The large, undulating greens are balanced by wide fairways that offer plenty of room. The strategically placed bunkers adhere to the natural contours of the
landscape and trees frame most of the holes. Bathurst Glen Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4 14th. This tough hole has two sand traps fronting a sloped green.

Perfect courses near in the city
Thank you for the golf now to play in good price and getting chance to play near my area
Beats working any day
Great short game practice. The course is in a fairly good condition after the looooong winter. Price was great too, since I got a hot deal from Golf Now :)
course is short but good to play
it is near from toronto.course is short but good to play and price is also good.easy to book when you play alone.
Good course to get in a quick practice round
Good family course. Ideal to get in both a short & long round of golf. Can be played in 3.5 hrs.
Golfed with my wife & kids. Degree of difficulty adequate - everyone could keep their ball in play
A nice executive golf course without breaking the bank to play a round
A very nice executive golf course, well maintained and reasonable priced. Good for players at all levels.
The pace can be VERY slow after noon.
We've played a few times here after noon and the pace has been very slow. There are many back to back par threes which leads to congestion. The marshal could be more present to encourage the slower groups to speed up their game.
Not worth the money
The course was only around 4000 yards and their regular price was the same as the 45% sale price I got from GolfNow.
Good course to hone your iron shoots especially the mid-irons!
Playing in this course is just like you're out of town and not too busy place to practice my mid-irons!
Great staff,good food.
a fairly good course to practice your short game, fairways are a little rough could use some irrigation at times, though the greens
are well maintained.we played this course many times not to difficoult ,we always manage to have fun.staff always cordial.
Unbelievable ridiculous experience
Looked for a course to play with my young son, who is a good golfer for his age (14). Found this short course and got fooled by the website noting it as a family course.
On our second shot of the day, the course marshall circled my son distracting him and destroying his confidence, and then gave us a warning for slow play.
Second shot of the day! The idiots behind us who complained weren't even behind pace yet.
Needless to say my son found it hard to regain focus, was not at all relaxed or comfortable and accordingly we had zero fun and no prospect for it.
We were refunded our money, but the staff were unapologetic and indeed had no interest in hearing about it.
Do not go here if you are looking for fun and learning.
To all serious golfers who like to complain about pace, go to a real golf course!
lots of par 3
There are many par 3s. Only one par 5. Not a long course but good value for practicing short games.
BLT
Average course too many par 3's BUT the staff is very friendly, had a BLT sandwich made by an Italian women working the kitchen which I will put in the top 5 best BLT SANDWICHES EVER!
SO RECAP... average course but I would def go back becuase of the service from the staff..4 out 5!
Excellent kitchen staff!
This course is beginner friendly
A fairly good course for a beginner though the rough is REAL rough, ie. once your ball goes in there, it would be very difficult to find them. Otherwise, the fairway is wide, no water hazards, and small sand traps.
But it is quite pricey for a 9-hole deal from Golfnow. The other "free" gifts are really worthless, except for the large basket of balls.
Average experience with course, arrogant staff and marshall.
Played 18 holes on a Sunday afternoon. The greens are slow and spotty, and the staffs weren't friendly and simply don't care about the customer.
I guess it's a good course for beginners at a bargain price, but otherwise don't expect too much.
Good for a round of golf close to home but not very challenging.
Had a very nice relaxed day of golf. Nicely maintained course, not very difficult. Would definitely do it again.
Poorly managed course.
With 12 people waiting at 1st hold for tee off; the starter allowed 2 consecutive twosomes (all fours are beginners) to tee off. The entire course come to a halt.
Good course but not GolfNow aware
Nice executive course. Just remember that the regular course rate is $40 during the week, despite what GolfNow lists. The "gifts" don't mean much.
Poor Value
Way too pricey for a short executive course that was not well maintained.
Forgiving course
Fairways are quite wide and water only comes into play on a couple holes, making this a forgiving course for the average golfer. Generally well kept and enjoyed our round.
