Bathurst Glen Golf Club

About
Bathurst Glen Golf Club, situated just north of Toronto, is owned and operated by the Toronto and Region Conservation, who placed a heavy emphasis on environmental sustainability during the development of the course. Its commitment to protecting the natural landscape even earned the Bathurst Glen certification as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary course. The executive layout measures to 4,551 yards from the back tees, a manageable length for beginners but there are still some challenges in store for more advanced golfers. The large, undulating greens are balanced by wide fairways that offer plenty of room. The strategically placed bunkers adhere to the natural contours of the
landscape and trees frame most of the holes. Bathurst Glen Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4 14th. This tough hole has two sand traps fronting a sloped green.

Good value and easy walking course, enjoyable 2-some and play at your own pace
great course to practice your short game
it is a very good walking course it is mainly flat and mos holes are part 3 maybe a couple of par 4 and one part 5. I enjoyed this course and it is a good value for the golf 's fees.
Executive course with lots of par 3. Good value for the money if you book through Golfnow
Nice course with lots of trees, Crowded on weekends with long waiting times at each par 3.
good deal and close home
i got good deal and close to home. it's good condition and easy for bigenner to play.
Clean
Nice and easy fun for the whole family. Rough is kind of annoying grass needs to be cut
I call this my home course
It's a really fun course that is well maintained. It's a par 63 but a lot of different holes with different looks. Love the greens.
Retirement course
Good overall course not very challenging and not well maintained but enjoyable!
Fun, quick course.
This is a great course for golfers who are starting out and for those who are looking for a quick game. Great staff and the best fired egg sandwich ever!
Course is nothing special
I've played this course a few times over the year as it's one of the closest to me. I was very disappointed in the conditions of the course when I went yesterday.
There is an excessive amount of geese droppings all over the course. The tee boxes, cart paths and greens are littered with droppings. I understand that they can't prevent geese from doing this on the course but I would like to see someone at least removing these (as it seems its been accumulating for a while).
Value for the price is below average; the price includes a push cart which cannot be upgraded to a power cart (you have to pay full price for the cart) and the free gift is just a bag of cheap wooden tees. The driving range was closed (was drizzly weekday afternoon) so they gave me a rain check on the bucket of balls.
Course overall is average. Relatively flat course with wide fairways and only one par 5. Pins were placed in difficult locations however.
I would play the course again if I got a hot deal but definitely wouldn't pay full price to play here.
Great value+ Good course= Great day
Well worth the drive. Easy going course, easy to walk. Driving range is a great bonus ( small basket of balls included in price).
Get yourself at least an 45min early to "warm up" on the range before your round. Very forgiving course with some difficulty.

Not too challenging at all.
Simple course layout. Lots of straight fairways and a few nice par 3s. Greens were surprisingly well maintained.
Do not expect a lot of excitement but if you need something short this is it
A good walking course, well maintained. Overall good experience.
excellent course
Not overly packed, can play a nice casual 18 without hassle.
Definitely going back here, great course for the price.
Course was in good playable condition.
I have always enjoyed playing this course. An executive layout
that does not take you 5 hours to play.
A good course for a quick round of golf
Enjoyable course to walk, medium to easy difficulty. A course I would recommand for a round after work. Greens were dry and quick. Overall course was in great shape
great local course
just moved to the area so i decided to check the course out - great short course for getting your game up to snuff. conditions were good considering there was still snow in some spots - ill be back during the summer to see if the greens roll better - i got robbed on at least 5 putts due to slow greens, but im assuming its only b/c its so early in the season.
easy to walk and good layout, there was no one in front of me the whole round and i was charging through as a single
id recommend this course if you're looking for a quick round
Challenging little Executive Course!
This is a nice little executive course and for the first time ever I played a three some in under 3.5 hours. I am not the greatest of golfers and lost several balls even then we played with pace and finished the round in under 3.5 hours. The course is nice and is decently maintained. The greens need some work as there are parts where the grass is pretty bumpy. The fariways are much better. The best part about this course is that there are very few water hazards if any. Every green though is guarded by some challenging bunkers placed very strategically in your eye line so you really need to be accurate on the par 3's and have to place your approach shots precisely if you want to score low on the par 4's and solitary par 5.
Very good practice course.
I like this course as a venue for practice especially when its not too busy. The par 3 are the most challenging as they are above average length for a executive course well bunkered and greens are well contoured (but slow).
The signature hole is the (only) par 5 eighteen which presents both a challenging lay up and a narrow green if you decide to go for the green in two.
I have read the other reviews and I can bet all those you thinks its a easy course have never broken par here.
