in need of management
I've played this course many times. They have done some terrific upgrades but the T boxes were in poor shape and almost impossible to get a T in the ground. Greens were great but a touch slow but much better than most places. Although it only took us (2 some) 4 + hours I have two major complaints. 1. they need a marshal on the course. There were some real hackers out there and the rate of play was slow at times. 2. There also need to be a starter. The kids in the office were busy and not paying attention to the t offs.
bunkers
I have played 2 rounds here in the last week. It would be good if the grounds crew were to maintain the bunkers, both greenside and fairway.
There is no good reason that the sand hasn't been worked for a week.
Course in nice shape - a little more challenging than previous years.
Lovely day!
Staff could have been better
I booked my foursome online, the gentleman at the clubhouse would not refund my credit card so each player could cover their own fees. This seems to be standard everywhere else. Maybe he was having a bad day, other than this issue, the course was great.
Thanks.
Good shape
Course is in good shape. Too busy though, need a Marshall to separate groups better
Horrible
The tee boxes are cement, the greens are the same cut as the fairway and it took 3.5 hours to play 9 holes. Not worth the $120 round.
Called the clubhouse to address the turtle pace of play after waiting 20 minutes a hole, and they did nothing.
Forgiving course layout.
The majority of the golfers that day walked the course. Seeing how it was 29 degrees Celsius, my group chose power carts. The electric power cart my golf partner and I had lost all power midway down the 10th hole! The ProShop staff drove out a replacement in short order...:>)
The entire course is very flat and the greens are as well.
I will go back but I won't rush back!
Different experience between front 9 and back 9
Slow play was an issue on the front 9 until the marshal intervened to resolve. Next 9 was a much better experience. Grateful for the proactive marshal for his quick actions.
