WILDWINDS
haven't played here in a couple years.
Course was in fine shape and greens were IMMACULATE!
Played with a pair of local gentlemen from Fergus, who were great company.
Weather was hot about 28 but not oppressive.
This is a decent course with a couple of quirky holes, and a few semi blind approach shots and pins were close to edge on a few holes, but if you hit the fairway you have a good opportunity on most holes.
Got a bit slow on the back nine, but finished in just over 4 hours

Course is always well maintained, the traps need a lot of work. Walk-able course, fairways are plush, been a lot of rain. My wife and I really enjoy if here, definitely will be back.
Amazing course for a good price.
This course is perfect for average golfer. Limited hazards but still requires good accuracy. It’s not so long that I feel I have to spend 5 shots just getting to the green. It’s beautiful and one of the nicest courses in this area. Definitely one that I consider my “home” course.

Very good
My buddy and I came down from Durham. Course was in good shape, tricky greens but fair. Starter and all where friendly. Our first time here and we will be back
Nice course
I do wish the greens were in better shape, and that the rough was cut back a bit.
Better than last year
This is one of my favourite courses for layout and challenge. Wasn’t very impressed with the conditions last year, so was happy to see it was in better shape this year. The greens still need work, but the fairways were good, and the course looked healthy. I’d prefer if they cut the rough down a bit, but it certainly is omen of the courses defences.
Looking forward to another good season here.
Nice course
Wildwinds usually in good condition and plays fair.
Wet, rainy, windy day
Even though it had rained a lot the course drained very well, no puddles on greens etc.
Fun Course
Greens were slow with winter damage but still a fun course to play
Love this course
We play Wildwinds a couple of times a month or more if possible. It’s in good shape considering the spring we had. Pace of play is good so usually play in 4 hr.
Always Good
We have played here a number of times now and it always meets or exceeds expectations. Really nice course.
Pace of play was horrible
It was a 5 and a half hour round. Have played this course before in 3 and a half hours. Marshal did nothing to speed up people and was told we couldn’t jump ahead of the very slow groups

Course lived up to it's name. Great course with a good variety of holes. Some tricky greens .
Pace of play
When we finished the front 9 and went to the 10T there was a back-up of 3 foursomes on the T! Poor control from the marshalls. We played the front again....
Wildwinds 1103
Great track, good layout, plush fairways and greens. The Traps need to be reworked and sand added. All the sand has disappeared. Hopefully next year they do some trap repairs. Today we played right through, not very busy at all. The greens were very testy.
Wildwinds 1252
Today was slow on the front nine. Seemed like they booked extra, not really overbooked. Some playing best ball, average wait time per hole 10minutes. We think the course had more players because another course in Guelph has put their prices up really high, those players came to Wildwinds. Everyone said that the day was great, true, but this course should play in 4hours or less.
They should have Marshall out to keep things moving properly.
