Frustrating
Course was way over booked. 4.5 hours to play 12 holes. Zero marshals around the course to control the pace of play. Awful experience.
Course as nice as the fall colours!
This course is just 15 minutes from Dundas and was a real treat .... beautiful rolling valley and hills and 3 streams through the property. ... a little tight (lost a few balls)and at times tough, but a pleasure to play and worth the drive.
Free for All
No starter, no Marshall so everyone tees off whenever, which causes backlogs on a number of holes. Not uncommon to wait 15 minutes at a majority of the tee-blocks, especially on Wednesdays (when price is reduced).
All that being said, it's a short, fun course with lots of twists and turns. Pretty good value for the price!
Also, there's usually never a beverage car..

Course was in great shape. Did not expect for September golf. Club house clean and staff very friendly.Would recomend getting out there.
Good Value - Not in good shape
Took advantage of a hot deal. The course was challenging for a few reasons - many blind shots, lots of thick rough and fairly tight. I liked the hills and elevations. The course was in poor shape unfortunately.
Course was in good shape but greens were not good for the most part not sure if they had dethached them but there were ridges through most of them

Misleading Fees Lead to Overcharge
We booked this round primarily because the fees were competitive with other surrounding courses and the course description listed, “price includes golf and cart”. When we arrived for our 7:30am tee time, we were told that a cart was an additional $15/person, even after showing the pro shop rep the description on golfnow. Emails to Golf North have gone unanswered and Golfnow has offered a $20 promo code as a courtesy. All of this has left us with a sour taste with both Golf North and Golfnow. The information provided was misleading and the customer service from both parties afterwards leaves much to be desired.
The round itself was quite enjoyable. The course has an interesting layout with lots of elevation changes and blind shots, which force you to consider club selection and shot placement. The tee blocks were in ok shape, but many were crowned and gave awkward lies on tee shots. The fairways and greens were in great shape and were on the faster side. The cart paths needed some attention, but we’re manageable. Overall, this was an enjoyable round of golf, which was spoiled with billing issues.
