Great value.
great value....greens had just been aerated yet rolled very well...We will return...
Pretty course out in the country
I enjoy this course. Greens and fairways are nice. Always friendly and nice flowers along the way. Both challenging and forgiving. Good for all levels of players
great shape
For a round in the middle of September the course was in excellent condition. The course is challenging without being too difficult. Don't forget to order on the 9th tee to pick up a bite to eat on the 10th.
Course is well laid out..not tight but has some interesting challenging holes..front nine plays easier than back..
I enjoyed the golf course... under 10 handicap must play back tees ,..10=20 handicap from the white for a great day of golf ...they ahve a half way house and on course marshall to keep play moving..played under 4 hrs
Nice lay out
We had a great time. The service was great . The grass on the rough was a bit too long made it tough to find balls and to play out of. The gravel cart paths could use attention lots of bumps and ruts. Other than that it was great and we will be returning soon.
very challenging course especially for women
we totally enjoyed our day golfing, especially, when the cost was half the normal price. The course was in really good shape and not busy, so we finished in four hours. They even let us go on a bit early, so that was really nice.
Good value for the money.
Nice shape and a friendly staff. Great place for a quick 18.
Not a bad farm course, definately better than Oakwood...
Played this course on Monday morning, here is a quick summary of the conditions:
Fairways: Average length, poor drainage as many areas were soaking wet, but good grass coverage.
Bunkers: Shallow and packed with mud-like beach sand. Large weeds and other grasses lining the edges.
Rough: Was too long and once a ball landed in you had to be almost on top of it to find it.
Greens: Not bad but needed to be rolled desperately as were too soft and slow. Massive divots were created from only 30 yards away.
Tee Blocks: Good shape and generally well kept.
There was one par 3 hole which had a giant tree between you and the hole...not sure what the purpose was as everyone was hitting it. Although if you could pull off a super draw you may be able to clear it...
Not bad, not great but it was close by to where we were staying and was cheap.
