Uplands Golf and Ski Club

Arrived with my party 10 minutes before our tee time and while we were waiting to pay, the staff told us we are going to miss our tee time. She was very rude, didn't provide clear instructions on what we should do next. They charged us for push carts and didn't have them available right away. The course was very busy and under construction with no clear signs on where to go next. Pace was horrible and never controlled. Wouldn't play there again.

Over priced, 9 hole course. Construction everywhere and not maintained.

I really enjoyed this course. Given that it's the first time out, I didn't expect the course to be so hilly, so it was a little challenging, but it is absolutely a nice course to play.

9 holes was perfect given how little exercise I've gotten. The only thing was that it was slow. It took about 2.5 hours to finish the 9, and we were constantly waiting. Hopefully, things will pick up over time

Took over 6 hours to play the 9 holes twice. 3 of the 9 holes are under construction. Not very good value for your dollar.

This is a fun little nine hole course a short drive north of Toronto. The course requires a significant face lift, but still checks all the boxes of appealing architectural design. The par 3 holes are quite fun to play and are consistent with the standard of Stanley Thompson's other works .The routing is frustrating at times as a walker. At a reduced hot deal price, this is still great value for money. Would strongly recommend teeing off early as I did not have major pace issues but the course appeared very backed-up by the time I got into the clubhouse.

Never heard of this 9 hole course even thought it’s 5km from my house. Course is nice. Greens were a bit beat up but it was October after all. Get a cart. Lots of elevation!

Course is hill...need a crat if you are a senior. Most holes are in good condition,. Pace of play was good, so , for the price, it was well worth it.

I love this little 9-hole course. Challenging enough to be fun, but not frustrating. Tight lies on fairways, nice thick rough, and greens that roll fairly true. As it's built on and around a ski resort, there is a TON of elevation change, so if you're walking be prepared to have your cardio tested. Pace of play can be a little slow at times but the course is quite scenic, so it's not too bad. Beware of the 3rd fairway, it seems to have been under maintenance for a while. My friends got their buggy stuck in a deep rut and we had to pull it out.

Course is absolutely beautiful. We had a couple of cart breakdowns. And the course was soaked place has really bad drainage. But the beauty of this course is unexpected. Rolling hills, change in fairway elevations, course is very challenging! I will be going back to better my score.

Uplands can be a great challenge for a decent price. The course was actually in good condition and the greens, .... just phenomenal condition !!!. Pace of play was slow so we just skipped a hole, so we only got to play 8 out of the 9 but had a good time

The course is very nice but difficult. It very physically demanding if you are walking and very challenging if not a very good player. Many slopes and ups and downs. The directions from one hole to the other need to be improved because not readily apparent. Very non forgiving. In my opinion, because I am one, a high handicapped player would not enjoy this course.
