About
The par 3 Executive Course (1,052 yards) features small greens and narrow fairways lined by houses. These tiny greens are difficult to hit, so your short irons must be on or you'll be working on your up and downs. Like the big course, this layout incorporates several small lakes. Ladies and men play from the same set of tees on this course.

Lacking Upkeep
Their club house burned down 5 years ago or so and the course has had limited upkeep and no investment since.

Great layout, crews out daily to ensure a great place to play
Very pretty course, were greeted with white Pelicans on occasion along with Parrots and many other birds. I said somewhat challenging, if you don't place your shots it's Very challenging. Casey and staff do a great job keeping the course in great shape. Best course for the money in the lower Valley.

the fairways were still in winter condition dry and even bare in some spots. I would say the price the pace of play more than made up for the conditions. The wind was even okay got a few hundred extra steps chasing my hat down the course.

this is a fun course / the value is unbeatable/ the greens although look a bit rough actually play well and the ball runs true.

They grounds crew is doing a great job working the course. They are sure working to get the course in condition

Poor condition
Course has gone downhill over the past years cart paths in rough shape only green on fairways is the clover a lot of bare spots greens are good

Do to a lot of rain the fairways had a lot of standing water on them pretty muddy. But all in all we had a good time.
