About
The par 3 Executive Course (1,052 yards) features small greens and narrow fairways lined by houses. These tiny greens are difficult to hit, so your short irons must be on or you'll be working on your up and downs. Like the big course, this layout incorporates several small lakes. Ladies and men play from the same set of tees on this course.

Bad condition
Couldn’t believe the condition of the course. Paid for round online, Showed up and was told no carts were available. Had to wait for about 20 minutes for one to become available. Cart was extremely dirty, the course itself was in horrible condition, almost abandoned. Holes were not labeled well, no water in ball cleaners, course looked really bad
good layout and some very challenging holes.
course was being cleaned and in much better overall condition than last year. Greens still need to be improved and could be cut a little tighter as they we were extremely slow. glad to see the clean up progressing and the piles disappearing.

Great Day
The course is getting busy but the staff is always ready to help. The grounds are starting to be cleaned up and improvements to the sand traps. Really enjoying to see all of the improvments

Poor
Course in very poor condition. Greens with poor grass. Fairways with sparse grass. Worse golf course this year.

Staff
Rude staff kicking people out. There is alot of palms everywhere easy to loose balls. Sprinklers start at 5 wet greens not playable while sprinkler is one. Last needs a little renovations on the pavements where you drive the cart. Love this place but it just needs more renovations.

Overall condition not great
Course needs to be cleaned of brush and old vegetation it’s looks like it’s been there for sometime ,greens in good shape

This country club course has not been maintained well fairways and greens are in fair to good shape. Rough is certainly rough 18 “ grass with grass burrs, the cart paths are in terrible shape. Brush and palm fronds scattered I believe the course is being cleaned up now for arrival of winter Texans If it’s worked on it could be quite improved by December It has been a nice course in the past but obviously money for maintenance has been short

Good value for hot deal price
Greens could be better and fairways mowed a little bit better. Also doing some brush clean up along the fairways would go a long way.

Great place to play after work with friends and enjoy the the extended evenings
VICC is a great place to play at any time.
Great staff and plenty of golf carts. Conditions are fair to good always. Pace of gane has always been above average. You can squeeze in 18 holes in 3; hr 15 min - 3 hr 45 min. In the springtime you can enjoy the Extended’ sun hours.
