Green was ok, fairway needs more works to make good golf course

Enjoy playing Woodington Lake Legend due to it's challenging design, excellent conditioning and good value at $75-$80 cart included.

I played the Legends course and this is the 2nd time I’ve played here this year. 1st go was very much different, than the 2nd. Greens were aweful the 2nd time through here., They were like putting on a poor fairway. They didn’t cut them for some reason and I have no idea why. When you are playing a so called premium course, the greens have to be good. T decks should be upgraded. With the exception of a few, none of them are level. Maybe I’m crazy, but at the very least, the T decks should be level. Fairways are great, tough and punishing if you miss them. Rough is challenging to play out of, even more reason to provide level T decks. Sand is good, and consistent.

Overall, this course has the potential to be amazing. If they did a better job with the greens, consistently, I’d play here more often

Course was in excellent condition, especially the bunkers (not that I ever hit into four of them!). Played Legacy, nice track. Only negative was slow play on the back 9.

Chilly but so enjoyable. Course conditions were exemplary. It's worth the drive to Tottenham and the Hot Deal was perfect. I'll be back

The course was very quiet today, the three of us however were being constantly harassed by the marshals for looking for lost balls in the “restricted” areas. We played this course dozens of time in past seasons, the staff attitude seems to have changed for the worse this year, won’t be recommending to friends and host tournaments there based on today’s experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful round. We played both courses this week and enjoyed them equally. We will be coming back anytime we are in the area.
