Century Pines Golf Club
About
Century Pines Golf Club features a lush, parkland layout covered in mature maples, oaks, and pines. The trees border the carefully sculpted fairways and there is mild undulation in the large, fast greens that can cause the occasional uneven lie. Water hazards come into play on 12 holes in the form of large ponds and meandering creeks. Several sand bunkers are also strategically placed throughout. Century Pines Golf Club's final three holes are the most challenging on the golf course, possessing the ability to either make or break your score. These demanding holes require deft approaches, especially considering the treacherous water hazards on all three.

Traditional style coarse
Great bang for the money! Staff is very friendly! Coarse is always in great shape!
Highly Recommend!
wet conditions ,quirky holes
Played course from back tees ,course was very wet from recent rains, greens smooth but average speed.Weird visual lines from back tees quite narrow in places, first time playing and not overly enthused to play again
The golf course was in great shape
It is a good value for the money. It is worth the drive to play it and you able to get good scores when you play it right. It has changelling holes and visual attributes to enhance the beauty of the fairways. The greens are undalated at times so be aware where the flags are on the green.
Enjoyable course, good conditioning
Century Pines was in good condition, pace of play was a little slow for my liking - then again the course was extremely busy.
One issue with this course is layout of adjacent holes which can lead to some amount of risk from errant Tee shots. Overall I enjoyed the course and it was comparable value for money to similar courses in the area.
About century pines
Very nice course, excellent green condition. I enjoy my day
great value will plat again
fairways and greens are in great shape The only negative I would have is that the hole are very close together get ready to hear 4 The value was well worth it
was in great shape and was a nice fast pace to play
the course from the start right to through the 18th hole was fantastic we enjoyed the food and the pace of play was great
Course in Great shape for start of 2013 season
Century Pines is a good value. We always enjoy this course. It is consistently in good shape. From the blues, the course offers a good challenge.
Greens are in great shape this spring. With the wet spring, fairways were a little soft in places.
Better than normal
Typically play once a year. Course is good valu for the money but the experience is usually less than satisfactory because of the overall management. This time is was much better and I may start booking more frequently.
Decent Course
Fun track, lots of water. A bit short, even from the blues - a lot of par 4s around 300 yards. Overall was worth the money, especially with the GolfNow discount.
Very well maintained considering how early in the season and the amount of rain that had fallen for April
Fairways were well groomed the pace of the game stayed very smooth Golfers were very well behaved and the course marshalls very friendly and helpful
Great Value
Definitely a course I'll return to. While it is on the short side, course management is important. Cute creek wanders through much of the back nine and it pays to choose your targets accordingly. Greens were nice to putt on, fairways were good, sand looked great (I managed to avoid it).
Great value for money
Easy walking course, great value for money. Some interesting holes requiring some strategy.
Excellent layout, Good fall conditions
Excellent layout. Course in good shape for Fall, super greens but no teeboxes or fairway markers.
This course is a new favourite.
Great value at the GolfNow rate.
Picturesque and in good shape for this late in the year
Some very interesting holes but experience could be improved with better yardage indicators. Yardage on the sprinkler heads would be most helpful.
Avoid Playing until next year.
Normally I would recommend this course during the summer months but now I would not recommend this course be played until next year. They gladly take your money but do not offer tee blocks, ball cleaners or even worse no yardage markers.....how hard is to take this down when the season is finally over and not before ?
"Great Fall Stomp"
Gentle on the the ego, yet assertive in the breeze, Century Pines Golf Club offers great value, all season round. Staff are accommodating and always willing to facilitate your experience. For those who enjoy shoulder season play, it's a definite must for the golfer can't get enough.
Enjoyed the course and the golf-variety of holes
Played in the fall with lots of leaves. The course was doing its best to collect the leaves.
Great value for a very nice course.
The course was in great condition, is plenty challenging from the blue tees, and an unbelievable value at less than $40. The first time I played there last year I was hesitant going in because of the "cheap" price. But everytime I play there I am always amazed that this course is 1/2 the price of many comparable courses in the GTA.
Good value
The course is excellent for walking with greens and the next tees close together. The course is usually in good shape early or late in the year. The greens have been aerated but are recovering.
The guys who work the pro shop are not friendly or helpful, very dismissive. The starter was great though. When he saw how backed up the first tee was, he allowed us to go off the back. Three and half hour round on a busy day.
