Mill Run Golf Club - Highland
About
The Highland Course is Mill Run Golf Club's 18-hole executive course. The course has been rated as one of the best executive golf courses in Ontario. Highland is a great alternative to the club's three championship courses for golfers who are pressed for time, and for juniors, and seniors. The golf course offers a player-friendly test for beginners and high-handicappers, but more skilled golfers will appreciate the short-game practice. Most golfers find that every club in their bag is used during a round on this course. The undulating terrain provided by the rolling hills surrounding Uxbridge, located just 40 minutes from downtown Toronto, offers a scenic golf setting

Great course for an executive!!
Highland Millrun is a personal favorite that I discovered last year. I was unable to commit to the womens league this year but I brought my golf gang with me today and it looks like we will be joining next year for sure. Meanwhile, we will definately be playing here on a regular basis !!
Good value
I like to walk when I can, but with the heat and humidity it was a golf cart day. The cart fee is only an extra $5 per rider which is far less than most courses. Course wasn’t busy on a Monday morning. Par 59 with the five par-4 holes all in the 240- to 300-yard range, and an interesting variety of par-3 holes ranging from 90 to 190 yards. A good value and solid four-star experience when the lower price is factored in.
Decent par 3 course
Good bang dor the buck. Par 3 course good place to practice your irons
Good short course
Staff are very friendly and the marshal kept the pace of play moving. Mostly short yardage - under 200 yards. Greens generally well maintained.
Nice short course
This as my second time ever playing golf. I enjoyed the short course allowing me to work on my iron game cause my driving sucks.
I had always like Mill Run, but was extremely disappointed in the condition of the course. Tee boxes, fairways and green were a mess. Along with the cart paths that are downright dangerous
I don’t understand with courses being closed as long as they are, why attention wasn’t given to take care of the course, so that when they re-open, they would be in good shape.
Also, there should be a Marshall, viewing speed of play.. a couple had been paired with us, and it was her 2nd time golfing, ever. She had no knowledge of golf etiquette and took multiple swings at every ball, and was downright painful to watch.
Too dry
The course was way, way too dry! Couldn't get under the ball because the ground was too hard or where the ground was repaired you were hitting thru sand. The greens were way too fast due to being dry and were a mess where the previous hole placements were filled in on the green.
Circumstances
Because of the fact that the government allowed courses to be opened at the last minute it was a bit dry and dusty. Otherwise the course was outstanding. It will become my new go to course with no questions asked. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, etiquette was great with other players and the group I was with was great.
