Twenty Valley Golf and Country Club
About
Located in Vineland atop the scenic Niagara Escarpment, Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club takes its name from the 20-mile creek, which comes into play on a number of holes, that carved the valley that runs through the golf course. The idyllic, rolling landscape provides plenty of dramatic elevation changes that cause tricky uneven lies throughout. The layout features large, undulating greens that are known to move fast and several strategically placed bunkers. Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club's signature hole is the par-3 13th, which plays uphill and over the Twenty River to a medium-sized green that is precariously perched on top of a stone wall.

good condition, good greens, tee boxes and fairways
very picturesque and well maintained, not overly difficult and wide fairways. very good greens
Great greens.
We booked on a Sunday afternoon and had a pleasant game. The pace of play was slow but it is to be expected with all the couples and weekend golfers.
Great course...unfortunate circumstances!
When we arrived for our 2:36 tee time we were told a "Superintendents Revenge members scramble was still on the course and we would be delayed. They also mentioned the pins were in impossible placements. We ended up starting on the back 9 and only played tee to green as sinking putts was a joke.
Perhaps Golf Now should have pulled the hot deals on that day. We got no compensation from the course as they didn't get any money from us in the first place.
All that said...we love the course!
A lot of challenging.differenf holes
This course is well groomed on the fairways as well as the rough. The greens are fast and not easy to read. This all makes for a great day and great game of golf I believe this to be the best course in the Niagara region.
4 Amigos
Nice course in very nice shape good greens 4 tee blocks which was nice played red green combo good yardage for us 4 60 year old plus golfers.
Golf and Wine
If you're a "serious golfer" searching for immaculate PGA style conditions this is not the course for you - try Peninsula Lakes. This course does offer an abundance of wildlife and a track that follows the natural contours of the land - consider taking the cart instead of walking it. I would highly recommend this course to golfers who are in the early to middle stages of their development. The course bunkers were very well maintained. Weather conditions were extremely hot (felt like 35) but the mature trees provided enough shade to keep us from melting. I would go back.
Side note - after the round we went up the road to Angels Gate for some wine tasting, then over to Good Earth for a bite and finally up to the patio at Peninsula Lakes to watch the sunset.
Enjoy!
Don't waste your money HERE!!!!!!!!!
I thought for a regular priced golf course being $100, it would be AWESOME....... Was I disappointed!!!! The course, is mediocre at best, worth maybe $50 regular price! There are far better courses around the area that are a far better value for your money.... Whirlpool, Thundering Waters, Royal Niagara are just a few..... I'm an 8 handicap golfer, and this was dismal!!!! Unless you're a member of the club, you get treated with very little respect, even though your money is the same color. I will NEVER go back, nor would i recommend this course to even my worst enemy!!!! Don't waste your money here......go play somewhere you get some respect, and have fun...... Isn't this what Golf is all about...... FUN!!!!!!
Great course, in great shape, requires intelligent golf.
This course is an excellent value. Requires many clubs in your bag. Greens are in great shape. Would recommend to anyone.
Tough greens, challenging round
Mid-August now and the course is in fabulous shape. The greens are the toughest part of the course, and I got a tip from the guy in the bag shop to trust my feet and not my eyes — man, was he right. Fast, fast, fast.
Watch out for the tree that came down in the recent storm, right of the 1st fairway. Other than that, enjoy the rolling fairways, scenic tee shots, and good pace of play.
You can use every club in the bag
I always love the drive to Twenty Valley its in a beautifull part of the niagra peninsulla. The course is in excellent shape, soft fairways, next to perfect greens and fast.
Course was in good condition. You need to have the $5 booklet because there are too many blind hazzards.
Definitely a members course. To many blind hazards and problems to enjoy it for a once a season play. This is a course that you have to play several times or with a member. You need to play target golf to score on this layout. Save you $50 and play somewhere else.
Excellent shape.
A well maintained golf course with great greens. My only complaint would be that some marshalls push new golfers and walkers unnecessarily, making them feel unappreciated and unwelcome. I understand that pace of play is important, but so is the right to play.
Very difficult and lightning fast greens
Course is beautiful, people are nice but all, green hard and very fast took me a couple holes to get used to the speed. I probably should have tried practice green before starting cost me a few stokes for sure.
Fast greens and pristine fairways
Very quick greens in very good shape, fairways well groomed
Great Course, Great Condition, Club atmosphere a little stuffy
Nice layout, we had first tee time and were paired up with a local member so that kept us on a good pace - 3hrs.
Whilst friendly and more than quick/responsive in performing their relevant duties the club overall suffered from a members first mentality all too reminiscent of the stuffy social hierarchical nonsense I thought I'd left behind in England when I moved to Phoenix. Seems Twenty Valley a little caught up in the old ways of Empire - Come on Golf is supposed to be fun.
awesome course, a hidden gem in the niagara region , so close to home to
great course that is close to home and is a real hidden gem
Beautiful golf course
Course was in excellent condition and I loved playing it but they need a marshal on the course to keep play moving it took far too long to play due to a very slow foursome that wouldn't let anyone play through.
This course has many interesting holes.
It was a challenging course. You need a drive with good location and distance on many of the par 4's to have a chance at the green on your second shot.
played 48 hours after a major storm
This is one of my favorite courses to play in the Niagara region,
I am always well received by the staff and the cart is tagged and ready to go more than an hour before the allotted tee time.
On this occasion I played less than 48 hrs after a major storm had swept thru the area, the damage to trees etc. was widespread and most of the bunkers where washed out, but in spite of the huge amount of rain that had fallen the rest of the course was very well groomed and the greens putted perfectly.
If you are in the Vineland-Niagara area I highly recommend that you play Twenty Valley...
Very nice course and in great condition.
Enjoyed playing here. It was my second time on the course this year and it was in excellent condition. Great value on Golf Now, but not sure I would be willing to pay full price here.
