Located in Vineland atop the scenic Niagara Escarpment, Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club takes its name from the 20-mile creek, which comes into play on a number of holes, that carved the valley that runs through the golf course. The idyllic, rolling landscape provides plenty of dramatic elevation changes that cause tricky uneven lies throughout. The layout features large, undulating greens that are known to move fast and several strategically placed bunkers. Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club's signature hole is the par-3 13th, which plays uphill and over the Twenty River to a medium-sized green that is precariously perched on top of a stone wall.

Very Enjoyable

Twenty Valley is in really nice condition, fairways and greens are very well maintained. Highly recommend. I wish I lived closer and could take advantage of some of their summer monthly membership specials. Golf Now is the best!

Great Course!

It was first time yesterday golfing at this course. It was very very hot and I was very impressed with the cold water at many of the holes. It really helped. There is also lots of shade to wait as we did on every hole. Would highly recommend.

Good course, too focused on pace of play

Went out with a couple of golfers relatively new to the game on a Saturday. Marshals were stressed right out about pace of play and made our round much less enjoyable.

Course was in great shape. Several 'Mickey Mouse' holes - par 4 250 yards.

Nice course

I booked this with a hot deal so the price/value was very good compared to regular price. I was a single and got matched up with 3 other people. When I arrived at the course my name was on the cart. I thought this was a nice touch.

The starter was quite friendly but the pro shop staff kind of chastised me for being "late". I arrived 10 min before my scheduled tee off time (I'm not from the area so was running a bit behind/didn't know the area). They were running behind anyways and I ended up waiting 20 min (the starter told me I could go across the street to the range and warm up).

Although there was a starter the pace of play was quite slow. We waited at every tee and often the group behind us would catch up to us while we were waiting on the group in front of us. I saw the starter/marshal once during the 5hr round and the drink girl once. There was however a bathroom and drink shop at the 9th/10th hole.

The course is quite long (6700 yards from back tees) with many blind tee shots where you have no idea where the pin is. Each hole only provides the yardage but no diagram of what the hole looks like so you have no idea which side of the fairway you want to go. (Neither course signs or scorecard have diagram).

There were some nice holes with elevation changes however no hole really sticks out in my mind as being very memorable. Had to play driver on almost every hole. The greens were fast and challenging.

The course has good diversity

The condition of the course was excellent, and the par 3's are very challenging. The speed of the greens was deceptive, as they rolled faster than they looked. Good challenge for any level of player.

Great bang for the buck!

Going out late afternoon on a Sunday is a great way to play this course! It was as if we owned the place. No group ahead or behind us the entire round, so we were not pushed or being pushed at all. Definitely plan to play this course again this year!

Great time had by all

great course..greens were extremely fast and course was n great shape. Everyone was excellent from the pro shop to the starters. The only draw back was that there were no hole descriptions at each hole or even on the score card which made playing sometimes frustrating as you didnt know any info except the yardage. Many holes are blind off the tee and being new to the course we didnt know if we should be going left, right or down the middle. The par 3's are a challenge especially on windy days.Overall had a great experience and our group really had a good time. Pace of play was good.Would definitely go back.

twenty valley is one of the best courses in the Niagara region.

Taking advantage of Golfnow to play Twenty valley is a bonus.
The variety of holes and the terrific course conditions is worth it
for three times the price. This course is 'in the loop'.

As former member I was looking forward to playing at the "VALLEY" once again. All new staff (very friendly) willing to help with any concerns. The greens were still the best you will play in southern ont. on a consistant basis! The trees have grown considerably since I left making sight lines from the tees much different--great challenge. Fairways IMPECABLE! Moe Norman claimed the 13th hole par 3 was the toughest he had ever played (I agree)Pace of play was just OK. Overall experience--great fun!

5 1/2 hr round????

Started us on the 9th hole which I no is not a big deal but its nice to play the 18 in order to how you're use to. Came around to 1st hole and they sent another group in front of us which slowed things down even more. Cross overs work well if they're manged from out on the course not in the club house. Pace of play is key and we maybe saw 1 ranger all day

Great layout - pitty about the 5hr round

This course has a super and challenging layout. A good balance of water/bunker/tree hazards. The 13th and 18th holes are great to play as are all the holes over the meandering Twenty Creek. There were no marshals on the course and 5 hours was at least 60 minutes too long to play the track. The greens looked superb from a distance by had been cored a few weeks earlier and putting was slow and irregular. It is a course that everyone should try and play - you will want another crack at it!

Nice feel to this track!

Nice feel to this track from the moment you drive in until you are enjoying a frosty one on the patio overlooking to 18th green.
Course is not too tough for the stronger player, but the greens will test all levels. Greens currently not at their best, recently aereated, but think they will improve quickly & will be fast! Very friendly staff, this course is good value & worth returning to. Junie

Mature course

This is an older style course with wlde fairways and large trees. That gives some leeway for higher handicappers like me. The party 3's are some of the toughest holes. Don't underestimate the wind which is always in play here. Well manicured fairways and very courteous helpful and accommodating staff.
