Wet Silo
I am sure lots of courses were soggy after all the rain we are getting but I didn't know the course was basically under water a few weeks ago. There was damage to some cart paths, a couple of fairways were still cordoned off and discolored from the river overflow. The whole course was still soggy and wet. The greens were very slow. In the fairways, you almost had to pick the ball instead of taking a steak sized divot. Too bad I didn't know about the course conditions ahead of time.

Challenging and scenic
Tough course if you're not playing from the fairway. Hitting off line puts you into the tall grass and chances of recovery are slim to none. Well placed bunkers add to the challenge. Nice course with a lot of wildlife. Make sure you stock up with anything you need from the pro-shop before heading out (balls) as you do not pass it again until you're done and it's a long ride!
Great condition course.
All tee blocks, fairways, and greens consistent and in great shape.
Courteous and friendly staff.

First time player and will certainly return when weather improves.

Great layout! Lots of divots and ball marks as is a public course. Great value though!

really well maintained course, staff very friendly and accommodating, course is easy without much change from hole to hole, fairly easy which is perfect for me - loved to play here again

All around great course.
Played here years ago. This year I played here twice. Already known it to be a great course so I brought my friends to see what I'm talking about. They all agree. Friendly staff. Course in great condition. Challenging without being ridiculously tough.. Fun to play!

Hit 13 out of 14 fairway
The course is in excellent condition. I like the fairways, they are wide for most holes. Back 9 is more difficult, but it's also more fun to play.

This is a environmental area.where multi-million dollar Homes are being built.Lpga played tournaments here. Offer's golf experiences you will remember. Have fun ! along the Conestogo River . My childhood home .

Good challenging track for all
First time playing this courae and really liked the course. It was in great shape, soft greens despite the dry weather of late. My beef is with staff. I started at 7:30am and they appeared disorganized; restaurant was not open - so no coffee! Starter was grouchy and not overly helpful. Also halfway house wasnt open at 9:30 when we came through, and we ran out of water in our cart. This is crazy. The course was full so do get why no hydration opportunities on the course. Noone informed us we should bring our own water.... Other courses have free water in coolers in the marshalls cart...nothing here. grey Silo needs to fix this; it has a big impact on the experience.
