About
Alsatian GC is an 18-hole with water in play. Front side fairly open and flat, almost links type play. Hole 2 surrounded by waterways and bunkers. Back side is hilly and has lots of trees. Super finishing hole with a tree in center of uphill fairway.
Throughout the course you will find challenging and beautiful fairways lined with trees and Spanish Dagger. The course also offers distance wedge game range, practice bunkers, three-level putting green, and a pre-round putting green.
Lodging: The Alsatian Inn is located approximately two miles from the club. A very nice facility, it has ninety rooms, a swimming pool, and a really good restaurant. Children under the age of fourteen stay free.
Distance: About 30 minutes from downtown on Highway
90 West to Castroville. But worth the trip.... Take Highway 90 West through Castroville; turn right at the blinking light just past the Alsatian Inn; veer left on CR 4516. Course is 2.5 miles down on the right.

Marshall
Marshall needs to check pace of play more often. A 3some was ahead of our 4man group. There was 1 almost two open holes ahead of the 3some. Marshall had them speed it up on the 11th hole, finally!

Coarse in great shape. Loved it. Had my dog with me also. What a great day.
Stay for lunch/dinner
Coarse is in OK winter condition.. Greens are in good shape. Spend some time after your round enjoying a great meal and another beverage at Adrian's.

Greens are in great condition!
Greens were running quick and true. There are a few greens that have some rough spots but other than questionable hole placement, they were in good shape. The rest of the course is in good winter condition.

Nice course
Always enjoy playing here. Multiple tee boxes for all skill levels, but still challenging. Any golfer would enjoy playing here.

Booked online through course website but couldn’t cancel with them
We had to pay an additional $50 because we were unable to cancel with golf now even though we booked through the golf course themselves.
Took us nearly 6 hours to finish the round, there is no Marshall to keep pace of play.
When your tee time is booked on the website it is booked through golf now. They charge for no shows.

Nice track
Course was in decent shape for a non resort course Greens putted true and overall in good shape for December.
Course good condition for dry fall. Greens faster than we are used too but not bad
