Indian Shores Golf Course

Course was in good shape, just wet from prior days of rain. Hard to get into much trouble as fairways are wide. No bunkers to deal with. Raised greens make a challenge. Lots of contour in the greens requires a lot of reading breaks. Some greens a little bumpy. Can't complain about a course that only charged $12 for 18 holes. Nice and quiet.

We played in the morning when the dew was still on the ground, and I could get under the ball without any issues of the ground being too hard. Great course for the price, I will be playing here again and again.

Course was way too wet to be played on. We called the day before and the guy told us they had not had much rain! We teed off at 9:20 when we got done with 9 holes there was no food. The guy hadn't even started the grill! He lost money there because my 18 year old would have spent some money! The greens were terrible. Kid was mowing around the green when we were putting. a small dog had followed us back to the club house....I asked the pro if it belonged here he told me no. I called the number on the collar and left a message that the dog was there. I told the pro and he said ok, I'll give her some water. We started driving off and I looked back and he started shooing the dog away and spraying her with the water hose! Very upsetting and we will not waste money there again! Save your money people!

Have played before but this time I purchased tee time on GolfNow for Monday and after driving 39 miles I find out that they are closed on Mondays. Why did Golfnow.com list a tee time for Monday's when they are closed?

Played Saturday, October 25th, I was the first onsite. The owner was very friendly and even put on a pot of coffee. This is a great value and a quiet course. It felt good to play a round and not have to worry about stacking up on holes and people hitting into you while you are on the fairway.

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable round of golf. This course was pleasantly longer and more challenging than I anticipated. I will go back again.

The greens looked to diseased, nothing but dead grass (roots) and sand. The fairways were not even detectable.......in other words you couldn't tell where they were. I was told the NEW OWNERS are going to re-seed the entire course and fire the greens keeper, so I will give it a few months and try again, hope it will improve in the future. The course marshall was really cool.

Obviously not a pro course but it is nicely laid out and great for beginners. You can pay at any pace and it's very quiet.

I have only been playing for about 8 months I really like this course because it doesn't have a Lott of hazards . Makes it fun for beginners . The greens are in ruff shape wright now but every thing else is in really nice shape. The price isn't bad either.

...on the Indian ghetto. Fairways were better than the greens, which were terrible. Only good thing was Golfnow wanted $20, and course wanted $15. Nobody was there. I wonder why!
