Turnberry Golf Club

       About
Turnberry Golf Club may not have the length of its sister course located only 20 minutes away, Eagles Nest, but it has the same challenging character and unique layout. Molded from abandoned quarries, massive outcroppings of earth were recreated to look like the seaside dunes of Eagles Nest. This 3,400-yard, executive layout has sparse vegetation, generous green complexes, and strategically placed bunkers. The golf course begins and ends with a long par 4 with an interesting variety of par 3s in between. Each hole was designed completely unique from one another to emphasize variety and playability. At Turnberry Golf Club, golfers will be forced to use every club in their bag.

Turnberry is a beautiful course! The best part 3 course in the GTA by a long shot. It's a little busy and a bit expensive, but that's more a sign of the times.
I've already reached out and recommended it to a few friends. I hope to be back soon!
A Real Gem!
A friend that I’ve been playing golf with more recently, has said that this was a bucket list course he’s really wanted to try. I agreed to playing here after reading some very positive reviews along with seeing some photos posted of the course.
II will start by saying that I was not disappointed!! Once I began to see the layout of the first hole, I quickly forgot that I was in Brampton and felt as though I was transported to Scotland and playing one of the local courses there…to my eye, all the holes had a certain magic to them and while on the shorter side, they provide more difficulty than one may expect to have… the fairways were lush, some of the bunkers almost diabolical and the greens were quick and in really nice shape! The fescue was not something you experience on too many other courses. Talk about thick…. A really simple equation…. Errant tee shots equal next to impossible second shots.
This is definitely a course I will come back to again. It truly tests your short game and if mastered here, you’ll be ready for most others.
Turnberry
An excellent place to play, the range is good, the course plays fair but challenging, good value, nice restaurant with views of course
Really lovely course, well maintained. Challenging for the first few holes. Kept us on our toes.
Would consider an option for restrooms earlier than hole 16.
Turnberry
Good course to practice with irons and approach shots. Recommend using a cart for 18 holes due to hilly terrain. Challenges your skills
Beautiful Course
This course is an amazing golf course. Very picturesque, and well maintained. I can play this course 7 days a week.
Nice course!!
Such a nice golf course
But there’s too many par 3 holes..
Great round!
The course was in beautiful condition. The only issue is that the sand traps were like concrete.
Awesome Golf Course
This course is awesome, very picturesque. Bring lots of golf balls if your short game is off.
Good short course
Turnberry is always very well kept, pace of play is usually good and the course itself is beautiful with challenging par 3’s all over. You will only be using driver twice and other then that it’s irons all day. If you are looking to work on your irons and short game it’s the place to go (while the out of bounds is dangerous) but if you want to get a full course experience with using your whole bag I would go to a par 72.
