About
Turnberry Golf Club may not have the length of its sister course located only 20 minutes away, Eagles Nest, but it has the same challenging character and unique layout. Molded from abandoned quarries, massive outcroppings of earth were recreated to look like the seaside dunes of Eagles Nest. This 3,400-yard, executive layout has sparse vegetation, generous green complexes, and strategically placed bunkers. The golf course begins and ends with a long par 4 with an interesting variety of par 3s in between. Each hole was designed completely unique from one another to emphasize variety and playability. At Turnberry Golf Club, golfers will be forced to use every club in their bag.

Great Course
an amazing course to tune up your short game. but it is not the easiest.. Greens are great but easy to lose a ball on course and there are 16 par 3's. Really enjoyable round!
Turnberry - VFM
Awesome course..Played here for the first time..Unfortunately I played after a huge thunderstorm so still wet in a few places which shows that the drainage is excellent...The course is challenging. Its very well kept and I will definitely paly here again...For sure its VFM - Value for Money.
Executive par 3
You start this deceivingly difficult track with a par 4 and finish with a par 4 . The remaining 16 par 3 holes are not easy. Whether undulating greens or narrow fairways with fescue shin high on the sides. Not accurate tee shot = ball loss! My only complaint would be bunkers are not really fluffy sand but more hardpan!
Good for Irons
The course is short and only has two Par 4s where you can use a driver. The course is well maintained with somewhat challenging holes.
Fun in the Rain
There was a complete downpour while I was playing and my playing partners quit on me. I played alone and enjoyed the course. It can be very easy to lose balls in the tall rough. Recommended.
Tough little course
Great course, small quite tough, tricky greens. Fairways were soggy from overnight rains, otherwise they are good. If you are not on the Fairways, you are dead, it is impossible to find the ball off the Fairways in the thick grass.
They don't have rental clubs, which was a big surprise.
