Course needs upgrade and maintenance
As an Arnold Palmer course one would expect many and challenging traps, which you do find at Dominion Valley, unfortunately the traps have not been maintained or redone since its opening in 2003. Purchased by Invited Clubs in 2019 the new ownership has made no upgrades to the traps either. They are unplayable and presently many are filled with water at both Dominion Valley and its sister club The Regency. Invited Clubs has no plan to correct the poor traps, approximately 50 at DV and 30 at Regency. If you play these clubs you will treat the traps as hazards. I would not suggest membership to Dominion Valley at this time. Piedmont, around the corner, is a much better choice presently.
Excellent Layout; Members Need to Fix Ball Marks
Played for the 1st time. Definitely need to play it a few times to get familiar with the sight lines & when and when not to use the driver. Course in excellent shape. Only nit pick is it appears the members are not doing a good job or fixing their ball marks. Will definitely be back assuming I get an invite.
