About
Aurora Hills Golf Course is a par-72 course that stretches over 6,600 yards. Henry B. Hughes designed the course that opened in 1969. The fairly flat course has wide, tree-lined fairways and water hazards come into play on some holes. There are also a good amount of sand bunkers. Beautiful lakes situated on the course create a tranquil atmosphere. The course is easily walkable and the beautiful landscape makes for a nice stroll. The signature hole of this municipal course is the par-5 10th hole. It is considered to have lovely, scenic views. Aurora Hills Golf Course's greens are bent grass while the fairways use Bermuda grass.

Fun course and great value!
For those looking for a relaxing course with some challenges along the way, this is a great course. I had a ton of fun and as someone who is working on their game, this is a fun course for game improvement. Back 9 has a lot more obstacles than the front. Great value for what I paid and the staff was a extremely friendly. I saw that you can hit off grass at the range which is another huge plus for me.
Good Public Course
Walked a nice 9 holes on Saturday afternoon. As expected for a weekend it played a little slower than a 2 hour round. Course was in good shape!
Good Public Course
Enjoyed playing 9 holes after work. This course is easily walkable, and not the most difficult, but great for a quick round. The course was in good shape. The employee at check-in wasn't the friendliest, unfortunately it seemed that I was interrupting his personal phone call when attempting to pay, but otherwise had a good experience. Will likely be back.
Flat course, but good greens
The course is very flat and for the most part there is not a lot of character to the holes or the course layout. The greens are in great condition and are fairly difficult which some what makes up for the straight forward hole layouts. Pace of play was excellent as we completed in just about 4 hours. Did not need to wait on tee boxes which often can be an issue with public courses. Not my first choice of course to play but would definitely play again.
Great course
This is a excellent walkable course . Staff is friendly and the course is always in excellent condition. Great course for the person wanting good golf at a reasonable price
Great flat course
The course was very green when I played. It is flat, and staff was friendly. They recommend a cart, but could have easily walk the course. Pace of play was very good.
