Blackstone Golf Course

For such a good course there was hardly anyone on it. We really enjoyed the course. It was extremely tempting to venture into the brush because there were so many golf balls left unattended. Love playing this course and is the best deal for the money in the FWB area.

Blackstone is GREAT for a change of pace from the typical Florida courses that rely on wind, water and bunkering to create a defense. Blackstone has elevation change on the majority of holes. There are many elevated tees and the golfer finds himself/herself hitting into both elevated greens and to lower greens from elevated fairways. We had more uphill, downhill and sidehill lies than flat lies and that was hitting the majority of the fairways. There are several tees that allow the golfer to choose the right amount of challenge for their game.

Greens were very nice and rolled true. There is bit more grain to contend with than on some of the other local courses we frequent.

Fairways had been overseeded with winter grass, but there were some significant issues near the cart paths with water erosion.

Good course. Good layout. Greens nice. Good staff. AND Very Good value for the area!

Greens were in awesome shape. Do yourself a favor if you have never played Blackstone golf course put in must places you have to play!

Great deal on hot deal. They won't honor free drink deal if you go through golf now. So golf now shouldn't offer that option.

Very scenic and challenging course with mid fairway hazards not four holes. Conditions were good to very good with beautiful greens. Very fast pace and a wonderful day of golf for the money

Great sunny day fir golf. I must admit the Blackstone germs are always playing at a very good rating. They were smooth and as true as greens get. Blackstone has the best greens throughout the are

Enjoyed it but pace could have been better, thick rye stopped the ball at times. Greens were smooth but not always consistent. Play it a few times a year but pace of play is better at other area courses.

Course had just been over seeded with winter rye grass and was cart path only so extra walking required. Greens were in great condition. Will play again.

It was a bargain price and the course was over seeded recently, but the conditions of the fairways and tee boxes were the worst I have seen in awhile, especially the front 9. Holes 1 and 2 had very little grass in the fairway.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Greens were mostly nice.

I hope that the course grows in. Just overall very bare, and a lot of work needs to be put in to get the course where it should be.

Very tough, golf course. Greens were slower than the times I have played previously but they were smooth. Had a five some in front our group which slowed down play. Overall great course, very challenging!

I was blown away by the natural beauty of this course. Amazing time and a great value.

Great track. Greens were flawless. Some bare patches in fairways but acceptable.

Bill and the staff run a tight operation at Blackstone. Course conditions are ALWAYS top notch! By far the best around.
