The golf course at Heather Ridge provides not only a good game but also spectacular views overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The former private, 18-hole course is 6,106 yards at its longest tees and plays to a par of 70. Renowned golf course designer Richard Phelps designed the course, which opened in 1972. The small greens are undulating and extremely sloped. The course also features narrow fairways and water hazards. The most difficult hole on the Heather Ridge Golf Course is the 10th hole, which is a par-5 that covers 506 yards.

Great course pretty challenging

Course throughs a little of everything at you. They can be alot more attentive to the hundreds of range balls scattered off the right side fairway on hole 1

This course is not part of an ultra-fancy country club, nonetheless I always have a great round here and tons of FUN. The staff is always helpful & courteous, and there’s always plenty of water/restrooms at every turn. Only negative is that you may have ppl hitting into your fairway on the front 9 since those are rather close, and you’re not allowed to use a driver or woods on the range. Try it out, you’ll have a great round!

Hadn't played Heather Ridge in 25 years. I forgot how nice it is. It's a fun course that isn't overly challenging. It's in great condition and we played 18 in exactly 4 hours.

Lame cancellation policy

Even though I cancelled one player, the day before through Golf Now, the course still charged me for our fourth person, who could not make it due to illness. I’ve played nearly all courses in the metro area and I’ve never experienced such a strict policy. I even asked if a single could join us and I was told no.
