About
The golf course at Heather Ridge provides not only a good game but also spectacular views overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The former private, 18-hole course is 6,106 yards at its longest tees and plays to a par of 70. Renowned golf course designer Richard Phelps designed the course, which opened in 1972. The small greens are undulating and extremely sloped. The course also features narrow fairways and water hazards. The most difficult hole on the Heather Ridge Golf Course is the 10th hole, which is a par-5 that covers 506 yards.

Greens are true...
If you want to hit some strategic shots and actually look forward to putting on the greens, play HEATHER RIDGE! Greens roll nice and consistent... much better than The Meadows...
Placement golf as you navigate the tight fairways. You can unleash on a few holes, like #1 but there, you've still got the driving range OB to your immediate right and the pond to your left that is only ±230 yards away and the fairway narrows as you get closer to the green and it slopes towards the pond... on second thought... you shouldn't unleash on #1 either!?!?!

Course is great! People don’t fix divots or the staff doesn’t maintain well. But overall. Good! Green are fast but full of divots.

Heather Ridge is in amazing shape; the staff is always so friendly, and we played again in 4 hours. Great value.

Fun course but no Marshall’s
The course was in great shape and is fun to play. But, we waited on a lot of holes and we were only the 5th group off in the early morning . There are no excuses for that. Some marshals need to move things along. The group behind us had 3 holes open between us and them. Can’t imagine playing behind them

Tough little short track
The course does not play very long but they have place hazards in great areas which making the course one that you need to play target golf. Good courses to work on ball placement of the tee.
