About

The golf course at Heather Ridge provides not only a good game but also spectacular views overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The former private, 18-hole course is 6,106 yards at its longest tees and plays to a par of 70. Renowned golf course designer Richard Phelps designed the course, which opened in 1972. The small greens are undulating and extremely sloped. The course also features narrow fairways and water hazards. The most difficult hole on the Heather Ridge Golf Course is the 10th hole, which is a par-5 that covers 506 yards.

hidden gem

greens were fast and the undulations were subtle. it was good challenge. i walked and that was a bit much but id walk again…it was a fair test of golf intermingled with the condos.. ill definitely be heading here again. worth the money and your time. pace of play was good for a friday

Very tight course, lots of balls hit at us

First time playing Heather Ridge. Course was in good shape for the most part. This is a small course in the sense that some of the holes were squeezed in between others. At the tee box on the back side par 3 we had a group teeing off directly into us from the next hole. Not much room and had people yell Fore multiple times in the round. Most of the course is lined with homes. Very close to holes so you must be accurate. Did have a ground crew refuse to move from in front of a tee box and stated that he "trusted us" to hit it over him. Not a great experience.

Simple course.

Not much mystery with this track. See the flag and swing. Was in decent shape, pace was great and prics was acceptable. Close to Denver tech center where we are staying. It was fine. No complaints.

Greens are true...

If you want to hit some strategic shots and actually look forward to putting on the greens, play HEATHER RIDGE! Greens roll nice and consistent... much better than The Meadows...

Placement golf as you navigate the tight fairways. You can unleash on a few holes, like #1 but there, you've still got the driving range OB to your immediate right and the pond to your left that is only ±230 yards away and the fairway narrows as you get closer to the green and it slopes towards the pond... on second thought... you shouldn't unleash on #1 either!?!?!
