Horizon Golf Club

This course has been resurrected from the dead but has been a slow process over the past 5 years. Has a few holes that are in need of improvement, not to mention all the dirt dunes, fencings, and trenches due to irrigation upgrading and artificial pond areas under construction. If you don't mind all the hazards and the mess then call in your tee time. Otherwise there are other courses in El Paso that offer more bang for your buck.

I never have issues with playing this course and I love it is not too challenging but it has its good holes. But this time that I played the course was a mess, there were two holes that were closed but I wasn't told anything about this. Pace of play was horrible At first it was fluid but after hole 10 out of nowhere some course workers and big shots started playing and stopped the traffic and no ranger was ever seen.

There is no course in El Paso that can beat course quality for the money you pay. For being the end of November, the course is in great shape. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is awesome. Great food and drinks. A must play course

We are talking winter time in the desert and this course was green and playing perfect. The day was amazing 70 degrees and zero wind. Had a amazing time. The staff is super friendly and lovely girls really know how to put a smile on your face. Also make a mean bloody marry... A must play course

This course is very nice for a public course. I always go through Golf Now because it saves money. I think the standard rate is a little high for the conditions.

Course in great shape. They were going to overseed the next day so we picked a good day to play. Greens extremely fast especially downhill putts. Pace was slow on back nine because of tourny going on. Other than that every enjoyable course to play, one of best in the city.

Fairway conditions, penalty in the rough, green speed, customer service, restaurant bar area. All good always. The driving range could be better but it's not terrible.

This was a very good course for your buck. You can see they are putting the effort to make it an even better course. Staff is very friendly. The beverage cart needs some work lacks snacks and regular drinks. Other then that I'll will be coming back!!

This course is in fantastic shape and can not beat the price. I played here a few years ago and was not impressed, decided to try it again last year and could not believe the change. I make the drive from Northeast El Paso at least twice a week and sometimes 3. There are a few different courses to chose from in the El Paso area but this is by far the best course for the price. It is not an extremely difficult course but it has its challenges because there is a fair amount of trees. If your looking for a fun course to play with extremely courteous and professional staff and don't want to brake the bank, then this is where you want to play.

Excellent condition compared to other courses in the area at this time of year . Cart path needs lots of repair . Would recommend 4-wheel drive carts until repairs are done .

I like the course in general, I think some greens have some difficulty and sometimes hard to read, depending on flag position. I recommend this course anytime, long par 4's, not easy to reach par 3's and friendly ambience...
